Marvel Superheroes 2020 - Rumors & Discussion
Marvelous Spidey replied to Captain Nemo's topic in LEGO Licensed
Just checked to see if the Marvel sets were available here in the US yet, and it looks like the Venomsaurus is gone from the website? The Helicarrier and 4+ Tower are still "Coming Soon" -

Weird that they didn't include a piece count for the tower but they did for all the other sets ...the armors are called "Blazer" and "Tazer"... ??? -

The aim agent on the left in the Hulkbuster set looks to have a candlestick piece in black on his gun, that certainly makes a nice silhouette -

I love these sets! The Avengers Tower is way taller than the last one which is nice, I was working on modifying the old one to be taller before I moved and had to store my LEGO collection last year so I'm glad I didn't finish that haha. The Hulkbuster looks like the one from the Marvel Superheroes game which is a really cool throwback. I love that Rescue and the new Iron Man armors too! I wonder what heads they're using under the armors in this set? These two sets are better than the Hellicarrier in my opinion build wise, and almost equal for minifig selection. I swear it looks like a new hair for Black Widow, even though I know that can't be right, and I can't tell if she still has arm printing. We really are getting spoiled with minifigs this wave! I know not everyone loves the Iron Man bust, but I think it'd be a great display piece, and I might get it when it's on sale. It's interesting that LEGO seems to really be pushing for a lot of sets that seem oriented at adults displaying them on their desk this year. It's really hard to tell because the images aren't high quality, but it sure looks like it. It looks to have the same belt and a cross strap like the movie one does -
Harry Potter 2020 - Rumors & Discussion

1. Astronomy Tower: The construction of this tower is great! Love all the minifigures except Lavender. She's fine but a little disappointing using Friends hair. Can't find any other faults. Looks a good value at $100. 2. The Burrow: Love it. Would rather have had Remus than Ron and a purple haired Tonks but other than that it's perfect. The fact that the got it to tilt is just so cool to me. Great value at $100. 3. 4 Privet Drive: The front is wonderful, and I love a lot of stuff on the inside but it's so weirdly spaced out that I don't love how the inside looks in total. Decent value at $70 but I'd rather a more complete interior for that price. 4. Room of Requirement: Only this low because of how great the other sets are. Love getting new patronuses and standard house clothes. Great value at $20. 5. Forbidden Forest: I actually really like this set, and I think how they built Grawp looks great, but the other sets are just so good. Good value at $30 since there's two of the new centaur molds here. Interested to see if the reuse those in another theme. 6. Hedwig: Cool, but the head looks off and I have to prioritize other sets. Only one I'm not buying. Good value at $40. -

Why are you arguing about the possible inclusion of a character for basically the past 3 pages? I would love another Deadpool fig, but who knows whether LEGO will make one or not. Either it will or it won't happen, so just: -

If I remember correctly, Itaria strongly suggested that it WOULD happen next year over in the CMF forum. -

I think the big change I'd like to see from a new Burrow set would be making it a little wider. The old one was ridiculously cramped, especially on the upper levels. If they were to keep it about the same size though, I could see them expanding the area where they fought or adding Arthur's shed. Either of those could account for the higher price. -

For the people thinking that there's a switch/smartphone in that Mario: unless they're using different size bricks, Mario is only about 4 studs wide. Not nearly big enough for either It's probably just a reference to Super Mario Land 2 where there's something that looks VERY similar in a world based on Nintendo's version of LEGO (that were available at the time) -

Honestly, that spider buggy is a great little build. Other than that and Iron Venom though...not a lot for me in this one. Easy pass like most of last year. My wallet appreciates it, but my heart doesn't -

Very excited for the Yelena minifig! All three actually look really good, Taskmaster is the weakest but it's not bad as much as it is plain. Would have preferred a different design be used in the movie in general, but oh well. I'm also a fan of the helicopter, it's nice to get a realistic looking one instead of the usual. You could even use that helicopter in a military MOC too. I'm guessing the Yahoo report on all the BW merch guarantees we are only getting one set -
Anya is an exciting addition (along with Noir) but I'm not really fond of the game versions of Thor, Cap, or the AIM soldier. Iron Man looks great too, but I was really hoping the AIM soldiers would look good to make me want to buy these sets :/ I wish the old hazmat suit guy was a little less expensive cause just adding that helmet would make the figure look way better.

Looked at the pics on i09 and there looks to be a few new pieces (new flat stud shooter??) in this set. Gotta say, I thought this was a prank at first when I saw it on Instagram, but I'm really happy with it. The helicopter is honestly a cool looking build (even if I would have prefered a bigger leviathan instead) and the figures are great. I didn't but the quinjet and I still haven't decided whether I'm going to buy the compound so a BW with better batons doesn't bother me at all. Fingers crossed for one more FFH and one or two more Endgame sets in the mysterious four sets

Future Marvel Superheroes Rumors & Speculation
Marvelous Spidey replied to Sir Gareth's topic in LEGO Licensed
I'm really happy that the FFH pack is real. Not crazy about the new look for these packs but that's whatever. Spidey looks to be blue and red with a lot of black printing added, I'm very happy with how Ned turned out Maria Hill looks fine. Very excited to get this when it comes out.
