DC Superheroes 2016 - Rumors and Discussion
Marvelous Spidey replied to just2good's topic in LEGO Licensed
It's a closed group, so while I can't actually see the minifig, there was a blue Nightwing released years ago. So I doubt it's from the Ra's set.- 8,446 replies

Based off the past Superheroes SDCC exclusives I'd say it's a solid guess. If they do two, my bet would be on Netflix Daredevil and a Civil War II Captain America. -
I think this is a great idea, and while I think the concerns raised have been completely fair so far, I think it would be easy to still do "army builders" but fill these other criteria. I think there would definitely be enough interest, I worked at Toys R Us for 3 years and enough kids and parents bemoaned the lack of cheap sets and more villains in the Superheroes line that I think it would be a hit. As for cannibalizing sales of larger sets, I don't know if that would be true given LEGO just released Mighty Micro sets which are only $10 and they have released multiple for both DC and Marvel. As for the action figures part, that again can be solved by a small build being included such as a vehicle for the larger side or a small play feature piece. However I'm not sure how big an issue this is since they have released Constraction figures for both Star Wars and Superheroes now. Each set should definitely include at least one "good guy" though, as Blondie-Wan pointed out it's a lot harder to sell a set with no heroes in a Superheroes line.

Honestly I think it looks better as horns than ears. Still looks good as both but I put Black Panthers on a Batman head backwards to see what it looked like and it was actually kind of cool. -
Disney Collectible Minifigures Series 1 Discussion

I still think for "stretch characters" i.e. Mrs. Incredible and Mr. Fantastic, they should use the legs from President Business in the lair set. I don't know what to do with the arms though. Brick built might be the best solution, but a CMF with that many pieces seems unreasonable.- 4,155 replies

I'll probably use Mr. Incredible's arms on Deadpool. -
Disney Collectible Minifigures Series 1 Discussion

I read most of it and while a small portion of it was discussion, most of it was just "here's my list of every small thing wrong with this series". I dont consider that discussion at all personally. To be fair it has turned more into a discussion so I'm sorry for exaggerating.- 4,155 replies

Wow, someone took their bitter pill this morning. He probably just got tired of reading the 10 pages of complaints. I know I did. We got Disney minifigs and all you see are negatives. That printing looks really good. You can also see some arm printing on Syndrome right around the elbow in the closeup.- 4,155 replies

Personally I love this series. There are some minor things that could be improved, but I realize that they could never be perfect, especially in everyone's eyes. I think it's great they avoided molded heads when they could, and the ones they did make look very good (Stitch!- 4,155 replies

What legs are those? I don't think Falcon NEEDS leg printing but those do look good on him. -

Tried that once. It's actually kind of creepy. They don't look like Ariel in the chest piece. Definitely agree about the diversity though, they're getting better but Jasmine and Mulan minifigs would help and be really cool.- 4,155 replies

Do we know the Doctor Strange set number yet? If not could it be 76060? It's the only one in a string all assigned to Super Heroes sets not associated with a set yet (that I could find). -

So it hasn't been talked about in a while and I'm pretty sure we already had the set number but I can't remember if we got a set name. Brickset has a name for the Ra's set though: 76056 Rescue from Ra's al Ghul.- 8,446 replies

Based on the pattern looks like a movie related figure. It would be great if it were Agent Carter or Agent Coulson, but more likely a character from Civil War, maybe a movie Spider-Man if he doesn't show up in the 4th set? -

Does anyone know how to redeem the Civil War DLC? It says it was available from release date, but when I click on DLC it just says "Coming Soon". I tried when it first came out and recently too.- 647 replies

Marvel Superheroes 2016 Rumors And Discussion
Marvelous Spidey replied to Quicksilver's topic in LEGO Licensed
I disagree. While we know both of them will be in the movie, Spider-Man's look is being kept completely secret for as long as possible while Giant-Man is just a larger Ant-Man (who already appeared in a trailer). Again, anything with Marvel involves Non-Disclosure Agreements so there probably won't be much of any info until they are ready for us to know it. -

SO worth it though -
I wrote out a whole series of Spiderverse sets over the summer, I think this is almost exactly what one of them was

True, if there's any real spoilers involved there will be NDAs involved and I'd be surprised if really much info at all leaks.
