If you have enough money, buy a box and return the ones you don't want, that's my plan. You'll probably have to be early to the store or know an employee to do that though. Also, I think some eBay sellers do "full sets" but you'll probably pay extra.- 4,155 replies

But then 7 of 18 minifigs would have had short legs. I personally would not have been happy with that. I think he looks fine proportionally with Minnie, Donald and Daisy so that's really all I'd want. Trying to make every minifig proportional to each other just doesn't work due to their nature.- 4,155 replies

When I worked at Toys R Us, this happened about once every couple weeks. Half the time they didn't even bother to tape it back up. I got about half a dozen sets super cheap since someone opened it or stole some of the pieces.

Seriously, let's not have the "this minifig looks fat" discussion again. I am curious to see how Ursula connects to studs with her molded piece though, I imagine there is a small section that sticks off the bottom but I can't tell from the pictures.- 4,155 replies

Marvel Superheroes 2016 Rumors And Discussion
Marvelous Spidey replied to Quicksilver's topic in LEGO Licensed
http://brickset.com/article/20115/interview-with-justin-ramsden Per this brickset interview with a LEGO Super Heroes designer, they actually have incredible access to Marvel as part of the design process. So I wouldn't be too worried about how Spider-Man will look. I'd be shocked if this happens. Seems a bit too pessimistic to me, we've never had a comic version thrown in a movie set. -
The LEGO Batman Movie Set/CMF Rumors & Discussion
Marvelous Spidey replied to Sir Gareth's topic in LEGO Licensed
I'm expecting the expressive eyes like The LEGO Movie sets, but not different cowls. I could see maybe one different cowl, but not multiple. Making multiple new molds just for a slightly different cowl seems a little unreasonable from LEGO's perspective I'd imagine. I'm also not crazy about a physical collar for Alfred. Just seems unnecessary and I don't think it makes it look better. -

The LEGO Batman Movie Set/CMF Rumors & Discussion

All of them look fantastic. Really hope we get Clayface, Catwoman, Bane and Ivy. If we get them and Alfred I'll be completely satisfied. I can't tell what the one beside Scarecrow is, but left to right it's: Penguin, Riddler, Killer Croc, Catwoman, Bane, Clayface behind him, Poison Ivy, Harley Quinn, (someone said it was Two-Face but I can't tell), and Scarecrow. Also, sounds like it's from the trailer before BvS. I haven't seen the movie yet though so I don't know if that's true. -
Very nice. Reminds me a lot of the Triskelion from the Ultimate Spider-Man show and the Ultimate comics.

The only time I've had any missing parts was the LEGO Movie Lord Business Evil Lair set was missing all of the capes. This is obviously much worse than that, I'd recommend going back to the LEGO store you bought it from. They should be able to help you out faster.

Marvel Superheroes 2016 Rumors And Discussion
Marvelous Spidey replied to Quicksilver's topic in LEGO Licensed
Don't expect X-Men LEGO sets any time soon, or ever again possibly, toy licensing agreements between Disney and Fox mean Disney makes less money on X-Men toys. Plus we have never had a X-Men movie set. -

I don't think Freddy's hair comes in black but I could be wrong. I used the old Robin hair, the side swept one, for Plastic Man and it looks decent.- 8,446 replies

I'm hoping for Batman Beyond and more glow-in-the-dark "bat eyes" from the LEGO Batman Movie sets. Plus everything wesker mentioned.

I'm pretty sure $4 is the standard price anymore. At least the last two series were that price in the US.- 4,155 replies

DC Superheroes 2016 - Rumors and Discussion
Marvelous Spidey replied to just2good's topic in LEGO Licensed
That is an excellent fake if it's not real. But if it is real, I'm actually a little disappointed. He looks slightly better than the red Nightwing, but I'd much rather his spot go to another character if he's from the Ra's set, like Black Canary. Plus, if they were to redo a Batman character I'd rather it be Batgirl. She looked decent in the Steamroller set, but her new "Batgirl of Burnside" look would be amazing and they could redo that cowl which does not look very good, in my opinion.- 8,446 replies

Future Marvel Superheroes Rumors & Speculation
Marvelous Spidey replied to Sir Gareth's topic in LEGO Licensed
While I'm not sure if they'll make him, I just saw the ball and chain piece from the City sets and thought it'd be cool and easy for them to make a Crusher Creel minifig. To make a good one they wouldn't even need to make/print anything new (maybe a torso or one arm to make it look a little better).
