After seeing the Star Wars news and now this crap with Indiana Jones this turning from a year on track to be the best in years to possibly the worst year for lego in a longtime.

If it truly is cancelled I hope all the factory workers just take whatever figures and sets have been made and sell themselves. Like what a waste if true.

If we’re playing this game of it not being “politically correct” what about the fact 2/3 of sets feature NAZI’S and one of which has a NAZI plane! Oh and the lost tomb goes against the “guidelines” on religion by having the ark so cancel that as well 🙄

If the temple of doom is ACTUALLY cancelled because “it fails to meet guidelines” just cancel the entire Indiana Jones wave at that point because almost everything Indiana Jones goes against the “guidelines” this is just beyond pathetic from lego.

Honestly I think it’s more likely that Lego just includes the generic ANH Han,Luke,Leia then no Fleet troopers. (Especially since the fleet troopers already got the perfect update in 2019.

I don’t think it’s at all likely but it would be INSANE if this expensive D2C is actually Cherry Tree Lane with like 12 figures and full interior (think GhostBusters HQ) and honestly Cherry Tree is one of the VERY FEW things that would warrant such a piece count+price IMO.

I honestly wonder if lego is purposely sabotaging cheap sets with the mechs+price hike for the N1 and sabotaging the prequels with this Yoda interceptor remake. Like who asked for any of this crap? If the excuse is kids need a cheap way to get Yoda,and Vader why not make figure packs with them instead? A Jedi figurepack with Yoda,Obi Wan,and Anakin would be at least semi interesting. Also a figure pack with Vader,and two stormtroopers would be popular.

Disneyland Castle or Main Street IMO Actually a Mark Twain River Boat would work ESPECIALLY if they’re trying to make as many figures as possible.

I really don’t understand how lego knows what people want yet always finds a way to fudge it up. Like really of all the 35 dollar Prequel/TCW sets you could do you’ve decided to pick Yoda’s Interceptor 😐 this could’ve been the set that comes with P2 Rex but instead it’s wasted on this nonsense.

I find it so weird that after 3 series of minifigures+ sets we still have no Snow White (I know the cottage leaked),Beauty and the beast,tangled,sword in the stone,Cinderella figures. Overall I like this new series ESPECIALLY Robin Hood and Oswald!

Episode 3 Anakin is way more interesting than a Yoda plus a Green Anakin Interpector could give us ROTS Padme.

Seriously what is wrong with lego? Of all the Jedi Starfighters and interceptors to make/remake they’re picking Yoda’s????? Lego has never made Ahsoka’s Interceptor and we could use remakes of Obi Wan’s Blue one and Anakin’s Green One. But sure we need Yoda’s remade 🤡

This new Swamp Speeder literally has less pieces than the new 501st battlepack………… only guess is that this set includes named characters or droids.

Mandr just said that one of the blank sets in the summer wave is a Mando season 3 set.

So it’s the size of the 2014 battlepack 😐 (As long as the set is based on 327th Troopers+Bly it’s a home run still even if it’s lackluster)

If the UCS/MBS set is Jabba’s Sail Barge it could theoretically include new interesting figures (if it’s Endor then the figures won’t be all that interesting)

What 8 year old prefers a made up Vader mech to a figure pack with 3 figures and a build?

It blows my mind tbh that lego was so stupid on this whole 15 dollar set thing. Like literally on what planet were mechs a better idea than figure packs???????

Thing is the price per piece is REALLY bad for it to be an Endor set IMO. The fact it’s 5,200 pieces for 650 is oof. But for a Sail Barge that price per piece makes a lot more sense (considering it’d come with Jabba,B Crumb,(Likely Slave Leia),Ree Yees,possibly the rest of Rebo’s band. All of those figures would use special molds that are already expensive even if made or just brand new molds all together. While for an Endor literally nothing would use new or expensive molds so I really don’t see where that price of 650 comes from.
