We knew this from the prelim picture of the 3D-printed prototype piece already. That's why it is a little bit bulkier (to fit over a minifig head and incorporate a transformation feature)

The horses will be standing on their hind legs (like in the movie) and will therefore only have a 2x3 plate foot print, which would mean both a 4x4 or 3x3 chess square patterns are options. No 6x6 needed. The chess figures will be brickbuilt with minifig helmets and accesories.

When you know nothing of the D2C, it is fairly easy to protect your source (because the source doesn't exist...). It is not rude to ask them to clarify that they don't know what the D2C is. That helps us more than hat eating and speculative comments But that would leave the 119.99 set unaccounted for?

It's dark tan with white face and belly printing so you could pass it as a barn owl Oh you're right, the summer city set 60302 has two white eggs beside the crocodile in the prelims so the print fits better for a hatching croc

Although I think the "dragon" egg could be from Jurassic world sets and is a hatching raptor print instead

The chess set was never the D2C for 250. No downscaling happened. The chess D2C was "fake news".

How do you think this would acutally work that Lego would shift a scheduled production cycle for the D2C 5 months before release? Their information was wrong. The leakers listen to hearsay in social media back channels which can easily be misrepresented or incomplete/wrong

This set from 2015 just depicts a typical family afternoon in the Florida Glades, but I guess that's why it works with the positive and family-friendly values. They even included Florida man with his hillbilly beard, daughter and pet-aligator (/sarcasm)

The real irony is you posting the image where she is wearing that exact clasp/broche and telling us you have never seen her wear it. You, sir, are a comedian in the making! Ever heard of colour correction in movies? Costumes can look dark and broody in the final film while in reality they are colourful and bright. This scene is desaturated and muted to fit the emotional realisation of Sirius Black's motives and to enhance the invisibilty cloak scene

They could just rename it into "Dynamite factory with police protection" and release it that way. The pictures would kind of work as well.

The wings are thinner which makes them more translucent than the rest of the body. I think the trans blue gradient looks good. On the pic the body looks more corporeal than the wings which is what they were aiming for. It is tiny (Baby groot size) There is a new picture which shows the Pixie from the back as well. That we are getting a pixie mould like this at all in a non-CMF setting, means they have definitely increased the budget for the wave and sets. We have multiple new creature moulds (Pixie, Fluffy, Basilisk, ?Fawkes?) in this wave alone, along with the new McGonagall hair piece, Cat hermione and many recolours (golden figures, wands, basilisk, Flitwick beard, window frames)

Additional ones in a Hogwarts Moments DADA classroom are much more likely, including a new Lockhart variant
