For me the limit is around €15,- I really enjoy building mocs. Building experience is most of the time a bit more challenging and more fun than with original lego sets, but with collecting the parts it's already a challenge to do it on a budget.
Amazing car and a great lego version off it.
But I have to say that although I like it a lot, I'm not going to build it. €26 is just to much for instructions, at least for me
Great build, looks really great and works good to. Unbelievable that it is a c model. Only thing I don't like that it sits a little to low, but maybe that's just a problem for me because I motorized it.
I had the same issue.
My first solution was extending the last part of the arm by 3 studs/holes and the controller arm only by 2 studs.
This way it reaches a little lower and can rotate upward. Downside is that the bucket is more in front of the tractor.
Normally I'm only a reader here on Eurobricks, mostly I enjoy reading all the great topics here and I have build some off the moc's / mod's other people posted here.
I never had anything useful to add to all the great things here. But last week my kids where playing whit Jurgens Ultimate 42009 and the where complaining about the fact that it can not drive over anything at all. So I made a suspended drive axle for it. It's working great and I thought maybe it's useful for someone else as well.
I made an lxf whit the changes
