    MOC: City Bank

I only have one thing to say, I WANT IT!
  2. hey this is pretty good! I like it, wouldn't mind having an Iron Man Minifig myself!
  3. I LOVE IT! only one thing though, where are you going to get a gray head? you know that off color dead skin looking gray?
  4. I'll see if I can put something together for you within the next couple of days! and I used to play in a Jazz band man that was so much fun I love good jazz always have always will. I've been trying to get in to a jazz band again and start playing, seems like a waste getting all that nice equipment I have and never using it other than to practice. but you have to remember most floor toms are on average around 18". Some kits come with a 20", well most Kick Drum's are around 18"-22" (I prefer 22" but that's a whole other story for another time lol that convo can go for days) so I would just use the same thing you used for the kick on the right side of him maybe raised up on some, Round Single Stud Gray. But again I'll try to put something together and show you!
  5. Purified gasoline? I'll google it and see if there is a derivative that I can use, will this eat off the Paint on the bricks?
  6. I might have to give that a try, I have one that likes minty the other just kinda blah, but the younger Scottie hes the problem my older one just doesn't care.
  7. I do not think that I can fully express how amazing this MOC is. I really can't. This is so nice and so much detail, I just want to keep staring at it!!!
  8. although that's a great sounding trick that wouldn't work with my animals, for some reason they actually like spicy food. Can't explain it. I have a Scottish Terrier and he loves chewing on them. I've found a few destroyed pieces. I would like to know the answer to this problem as well.
  9. "Just another castle" your a jokester aren't you? Man this looks amazing, one thing that bugs me is ( and I know its because its so big ) wouldn't it break apart when you go to move it? or did you build it so it would come apart in sections to move it?
  10. this is pure art right here, the amount of detail is astounding! I love the snow, really love the snow. and the roof man that was so original. I only have one question, Do I want to know why you have that many Flippers laying around......?
  11. I love this. the Gazebo looks amazing. and the upright bass looks awesome as well. the only real problem that I have with this is the drum set, and its not a bad thing yours looks good, but as a Drummer myself and my massive OCD I think I would have made the cymbals and stands differently and added another tom on the right side of him for his floor tom. Again this is nothing more than me being a musician and trust me I know how hard it is to make a drum set out of legos, I have a couple laying around the house I might end up stealing your Pedal design for if you don't mind. but really that's the only things I see that I would change everything else looks fantastic and the drums look good too don't take this the wrong way I'm not trying to upset you just inform you From a drummer to a Good Lego MOCer. :D
  12. that cabinet is pretty clever, I wouldn't have thought to use those crates like that, very nice. I like the tile design on the floor as well it looks very period appropriate.
  13. I did run a search and not a single one of those threads came up, I tried Cleaning legos, clean lego, cleaning and Maintenance. Not my fault that the search function didn't turn up those threads. and they didn't answer my question either, I wanted to know about getting heavy dirt off of painted and sticker pieces when soap and water isn't enough. not de-yellow, de-smoking or general cleaning. but thanks.
  14. What is the best way to clean your Legos? I kept them in an old toy box (wood with a fiberboard bottom) and over the years the bottom started to separate and get nasty so I took them out and put them in a plastic storage tub. well I have this nice dirt build up on a few of them and and I have them separated from all the others so they wont get it all over other bricks. I've tried just soaking them in hot water with mild agitation and some mild soap even which did ok for the light stuff but the heavy stuff I fear I am going to have to scrub it. Unfortunately a lot of the pieces have OEM designs on them and I don't want to scratch it off. so any help would be great.
  15. is tired but making headway on my iPhone Game.

  16. Gotcha, I'm still trying to catch up on the terminology.
  17. excuse my ignorance but, What is a SNOT piece?
  18. I think the wall your talking about is actually the Bathroom, lol I filled that in last night. Really? I was actually wondering if that was going to be big enough!(the garage)
  19. is there anymore interest in this? I would like to take a crack at it.
  20. I would have made the underground big enough to make it a loading area for trucks. or storage with a door to load it into a Big rig truck to take it to the actual shipping centers but I love it!
  21. I love the grandfather clock! its amazing! and that was super cleaver on the Chair, Coffee Table and Lamp. GREAT JOB!
  22. I'm actually more surprised by the fact that they DIDN'T glue them before then I am that a Warm water treatment worked. Never the less I am still surprised by the face that they would use a glue that dissolves in a warm water bath.
  23. Hey that's awesome! I love the Yellow Truck and Trailer so I'm sure you will too. Its a perfect edition to my town! I never had much use for helicopters because they couldn't fly but If I got it as a gift I would have just as much fun building it as the others! Hope you have fun building them!
  24. Ohh don't get me wrong, I love changing stuff. If I had to be put into one of those categories I would be a MOCer but the Infomaniac Came with Lego Island which I think was the first Lego PC game ever made. I'm not sure though I could be wrong, but I know it was defiantly in the earlier years because I was still running Windows 95. I do agree with only doing them by themes though because I hate it when people would come over and put the Microphone Head (usually from the Space Shuttle sets I had 2 of those and the shuttle shipment plane) on a Pirate body and that's just silly.
  25. I don't know I'm debating on making a second story or not because I don't know where to put the stairs to the second story. I'm thinking I want to do some dormers on the roof if nothing else to give it a little bit of class. I might move the couch to the window because I'm also thinking I want to put a fireplace in. Like I said before I'm kinda OCD and I'll change and change until I'm happy. I was really proud of the Oil Spot in the Garage and the double oven
