    I thought about the licence just after posting :( double sad tonight, I liked this new idea of seeing all the Castle families we've got in 40years in new version especially the Wolfpack guy with the original color you've mentioned. TLNM or TLM are considered as licensed or just LEGO ? What about Dimensions ? Still possible?

    Too sad about Wizard of Oz, I really wished it too. What about Dimensions or Castle ? It sounded good ideas. Are they out ? I was thinking about Castle, the first Castle set (the yellow castle) came out in 1978 and we're talking about a series expected in 2018. Instead of WoO 80 anniversary, it could be Castle 40 anniversary and I could see LEGO makes a series with minifigs of every team we've got since 1978. Better versions like LEGO did with the Wolfpack Rogue.

    I knew I had good arguments, I'm glad to see people thinking the same. I keep this idea and from what I read, Dimensions and Castle are also good ideas.

    With the cast of the movie on Wikipedia, it is possible to have a 16 minifigures series, even a 20 minifigures series, including 2 flying monkeys and 3 munchkins. Maybe a CMF series or a 5 sets theme like they did with Scooby Doo. We have some clues this could happen : 80 years of the movie in 2019, TLG has the license to do it, we already have a version of the wicked witch of the West, and the molds for the flying monkeys and Toto. All this makes me hope a good surprise from TLG.

    Is that possible that this licensed series in sept 2018 could be a Wizard of Oz series ? (the film will be aged of 80 years old in 2019)

    I didn't think about this but you're right, these arms reused and recolored would be great. I love dragons and didn't think about Dragon Suit Guy/Girl until 2 days ago. So having a fantasy animal in the suits (unicorn) makes me think it could be a possibility I would so love. I googled images about Dragon Suit and there are nice ones with wings and head.

    This May, we have a regular series, this is the first time in 3 years (May 2014 - Simpson 1 ; May 2015 - Simpson 2 ; May 2016 - Disney 1) We had a unicorn suit girl, maybe one day we'll have a dragon suit guy?

    Do we know if the Highwayman is a man or a woman? Can he/she be connected with the S16 Rogue? We could expect dark green like the S16 Rogue and S15 Knight.

    This time the series is focused on 2 main themes : City and Medieval Fantasy which is okay for me. Even the space guy could look like a medieval/knight guy with a sword.

    Is that the first time we get a minifigure in a minidolls set ?

    Great series in my opinion, I'll take them all and a second butterfly girl to make a fairy. The animals are very appreciated also are the accessories. But a gold trident again? It could have been bicolored, brown and silver or dark grey.

    Not convinced but as an AFOL I guess I'm not the target even if I used to take some Disney sets for my medieval fantasy story. Maybe I'll take Ursula lair but I'm quite disappointed about it, the LEGO Ideas version was much better (with minifigs)

    Thank you, I didn't know. I guess it's to coincide with the movie. That means 5 months between 2 series, we don't often see this, It's gonna to be long. That also means 3 months between series 17 and series Ninjago instead of 4 months, it's short, it's the first time I see this since I started to follow CMF in 2013.

    Has the calendar changed? It's always been Jan May Sept, not Aug. I always thought the summer series is the May one. The September one is the new schooled year one, the one we have for Halloween and Christmas just before the new of January.

    I'm asking this about the monkey head for a future theme about Oz. And when I was thinking about this, I'm wondering about some hairpieces like Alice, Ursula, Mr Incredible... Or the piece made for Bart, we never see this piece, it's a piece we could see in several themes like City, Junior, Elves. The same about the hairpieces in City or Junior. I like the piece made for The Riddle, I'd like to see it reused in NK or a castle theme.

    Hi, do the new molds made for a licensed theme can be reused in other themes ?

    For sure, I thought it was a recolored version of the ant before to know it was a spider. I thought it was a red ant :)
