Please do remember! I'm pretty sure I've seen this solution before, so I won't claim to be the inventor.

Thank you! I like to give the facade some structure, without over doing it. It's a fine line, and sometimes hard to know when enough is enough, Thanks! The roof turned out really well. I tried with dark brown Slope 75 2 x 1 x 3 (https://www.bricklink.com/v2/catalog/catalogitem.page?id=100702#T=C) but it didn't like it.

Thank you! I'm glad you like it.

Thanks! I like to build ordinary things sometimes. As I'm getting older, I might need a walker in a not too distant future (well, I turn 50 this year): [MOC] Walker by Nybohov Creation Ltd., on Flickr

Thank you! Maybe I should put a warning sign on the roof. I like dark green, it's dense, but more vivid than black. The windows on the ground floor are from the Brick Bank. Thank you for your kind words! I'm pretty sure I didn't invent the way to build the stairs, but it adds some extra flair. A very nice house and great build by "a relatively new builder". Keep up the good work!

Thanks! Thank you! Well, some people have to live like this: [MOC] Worn down building by Nybohov Creation Ltd., on Flickr Palace Cinema after the fire by Nybohov Creation Ltd., on Flickr [MOC] Street basketball court by Nybohov Creation Ltd., on Flickr

Thank you! Thanks! It's just two different pieces, https://www.bricklink.com/v2/catalog/catalogitem.page?P=6005 and https://www.bricklink.com/v2/catalog/catalogitem.page?P=18653 At the bottom of every second column, there's a plate to make it a bit off set.

Thank you for your kind words! I'm glad you like it. I actually started to make a roof with dark brown Slope 75 2 x 1 x 3 (https://www.bricklink.com/v2/catalog/catalogitem.page?id=100702#T=C) but it didn't turn out too good. A stroke of good luck, I guess.

Thank you! I always try to use the roof, especially if it's a flat one, as a part of the build. An empty roof is just a waste of space and a missed opportunity, as far as I'm concerned.

Thank you for your kind words! I'm starting to blush over here. Thanks! I'm happy that you like it.

Thanks for your input!

Thanks! At first, the dark orange roof didn't go round the base of the tower. It didn't look too good. I didn't think it would work, but I gave it a go and the wider quarter circle fitted great. It hangs a bit loose, so it's not for kids to play with (as none of my builds are).

Thank you for your kind words! It's sometimes hard to know when enough is enough. It's easy to overdo things. I'm happy to share, and, hopefully, inspire others.

Some parts of my town are a little better than others. Thanks! I'm glad you like it. Thank you! The roof is dark orange, but maybe it looks red on the pictures. Thanks! You've got a point about the lack of action outside. I usually put a lot of figs in the picture, but I wanted the building to speak for itself this time. On an exhibition, I would add some features. Thank you! I'm not sure I follow you, what would fit better on a dedicated ground floor? This is an unusually clean build for me. I didn't think there was enough room for more ornaments. Thanks! Is it "Plate, Modified 1 x 2 with Angular Extension and Flexible Tip" (https://www.bricklink.com/v2/search.page?q=61406*#T=A) you mean? The round LBG piece where they meet, I have no idea what is it. I just found it in one of my drawers. Edit: I found the piece I didn't recognize: "Technic Driving Ring Extension" (https://www.bricklink.com/v2/catalog/catalogitem.page?P=32187#T=C).

Thanks for your kind words and your input. I wanted some kind of arch above the second floor windows, preferably in dark orange, but 92950 don't come in too many colours. Thank you! One of the best things is to get the minifigs to give life to the build. It's great fun to find the right combination of head, hair, torso and legs and to make the figs interact.

Thanks! It's not a very original idea, but it works really well.

Thank you! I'm glad you like it. Thanks! I was a bit worried that the fence would look too clean. Thank you! This might have been done before. Thanks! I was trying to recreate the front of this building: Lafayette Square Neighborhood, in Saint Louis, Missouri, USA - shop by Mark Scott Abeln, on Flickr Thank you! I have done the decay bit before, and I really like the look of it. Sometimes, it takes longer to find the right minifigs than doing the building, but it's so worth it. [MOC] Worn down building by Nybohov Creation Ltd., on Flickr Thanks! I always try to make things happening on the roof. An empty roof is just a waste of space and a missed opportunity.

Thanks for your input! I was inspired by this photo, and wanted the tower to stand out: DSCF6099 by Mark Scott Abeln, on Flickr

Thanks! I've a few more rock bands, so I'll probably need to build some additional touring buses.

Thank you for your kind words! I've got an idea of another small abandoned lot (16x32), partly surrounded by turned 90 degreees like a fence. I'm about to move house, so it will probably not happen in the nearest future.
