Soon after this tragedy, Count Dooku ordered all separist forces to take mattresses to battles. Pity, but you can rebuild it. So I hope the pieces are all still whole.

LOL that looks great. Dr. Sinister: have you a link to your Flickr pictures?

Hello and welcome on eurobricks.

This picture is from the German shopcatalogue. In this catalogue is a picture of pirateset 6253 which isn't in the Dutch shopcatalogue. In the Dutch shopcatalogue is a picture of Ashoka's starfighter just in the upperright corner of the pic of the republic attack shuttle, but not of the pirateset 6253. So maybe some sets are only for some countries, although I like both sets.

Nice review from a nice set. I found this set so good (although I first was disappointed it was another catapult set) that I bought 3 of it. It has many figs for this prize and some nice pieces ,although I don't like the many studless technic beams in it. Also the 4 shields in a little set like this is very statisfying.

I would love a Dwarven battlepack with 4 different dwarves, 4 different helmets, 4 the same dwarven shields and something like a mine cart with cristals or a dwarven impulseset with 1 dwarf, 2 different helmets and 2 different beards. (one for work and one for the weekend )

It was shown on Legoworld and the cows looked so good. They also remind me a bit in form of the Polarbear (from Artic) The market stands looked also very good. I hope they also make some smaller sets with cows and market stands. I think Brickforge had put a great idea in Tlc's mind.

Free LEGO sets with the Daily Mirror

Cool!, You buy a little legoset and you get a free paper with it. I got 3 times the lime green tiny turbo's in some action with little cookies. Where you also maybe could get the creator red dinosaur (nice pieces) or another little set. About this new orange Motorbike, He's also put in the biggest Powerminers set of next year (with the catapult to flew the crystal addicts) -
This was a battle on the planet of Fabuland. It would be nice if CopMike came by and asked the clone driver to park his AT-TE on a regular parking place. Very nice moc Sinner. Yoga on !

In the lego designers stands there were the new sets Of Racers, Tiny Turbo's, ferari and Technic, also the great Medieviel Marketplace. I talked with Mark Stafford who designed some Agents sets and he said there will be around 5 new ones in 2009. It was great

Thank you very much for that link Hinckley. They have not only posted pictures of new city sets on that site, but of almost everything what's new. *Looks at prize for Speed Racer and Snake Oiler set* Wow, they just ask 13,29 euro for it. In most dutch shops it is around 23 euro.

I saw it today on Legoworld. The layout was huge and very nice and detailed.

Nice review. I got this set not long after my ending of the dark ages. It was even then already on slae for just 5 euro. I like the figs and the vehicles. It were some of my first orange pieces. The Hippie Guy is called " Snap Lockit" and the Pizza Guy is called " Pepper Roni". I think the legodesigners had a cosy evening with much beer when they thought about the names. I think this line was the only line which was made first as computergame and after that as a real line instead of the other computergames based on already existing lines.

Nice review. This set was maybe hyped because it was just better than most KK 1 sets. So it was not that strange. When you just have seen the new Medievil Marketplace for next year it is not that great. But even than I would say it is a nice set with 2 civilians and a nice furnitured building. And If TLC would release it now in the shops for 30 euro I would get one. Btw: this was the last set with blue roof slopes, Pity they don't do that anymore.

I will go tomorrow, the 16th. Ofcourse they forcasted for this day the most rain. But I'm very excited to go. Ofcourse there are many children who are astonized by the great mocs and every 2 seconds will bump into me or even push me aside by the fences , and ofcourse there is the heavy Smell of Fries and other fat snacks , but It is always very nice to be there and look at the many things and try to buy some great second hand lego you always searched for.

MOC: A Dwarven Blacksmith in the Crownie Castle
Wout replied to cagri's topic in LEGO Historic Themes
Very nice moc. I like the blacksmits room. I think it will be in a couple of weeks more black and dirty. The magic room is also very nice. I hope the wizard will do the poor orc not very much pain. -
Lol , That's a very logical conclusion. It would be indeed something for the jester to do. But if I were the king I would let him sleep on in a haystack If it was the maniest time he crushed his bed by jumping on it. Btw, I think the sword is made of rubber (to annoy the knights by fighting them in some joust), the Snake is also rubber (to scare people or something like that). The frog is also fake, The jester takes the frog to the princess, says that when the princess kisses the frog the frog turns in a (handsome) prince, (there are never not-so-handsome princes in fairytales) , When the princess kisses the frog, the jester squeezes in something and make the princess very wet with water from inside the frog, result: Princess angry, Jester laughs untill he gets a kick for his back from the princess. Idea: When the evil wizard is captured by the crownies, torture him by listening to the crappy jokes of the jester.

In the Netherlands they are around 14 euro (which is something like +/- 18 US dollar) while they are in The U.S. around 10 U.S. dollar.
