  1. You played a major role, too- hired muscle. :-P Glad you liked it. I was thinking of maybe using my base, after I get the peices to color-code my command central. I like the design, but it just needs the right peices! *sing*
  2. Oh. Red shirts. Oh. Oh. I get it. Kinda. *Hears a rat rustle* AH! X-O

    Fire House

I believe this goes in the "Trains and Town" forum. ;-) A mod/admin'll move it. Nice firehouse, though. It's a firehouse with style! I mean, I don't think I've ever seen a "classic architecture" firehouse MOC. *sweet* EDIT: Nice movie clip, too. I don't think I've ever seen that done, either. A whole new way to examine a MOC! I call it, "Hands free critique". :-D
  4. B-but... what if we never leave this ship at all?!
  5. A-a-a f-fish man? Oh that's great! Now I won't be able to sleep at nights at all! Someone hold me!
  6. No way that's a new color for that part. I have it... somewhere. *wacko* It may be the lighting tricking me, but I think that's sand blue.
  7. Well put. This is a great train. If lego had made it, I'd buy it, even though I do nothing with the train theme. Beautiful, beautiful train!
  8. I don't think Lego would do this theme simply because it might give them a bad image. Not many toy company would want to promote the industry, because of the global "green" theme occuring. That's probably why they made a recycling truck instead of a garbage truck. I'd like to see these built, but that's a whole new world of realism for lego. Maybe some "green" energy? I went to Germany last summer and saw a whopping great windmill...Now that's amazing.
  9. Such as high-speed public transportation and fuel efficient cars? A rich culture? Ruins? More legolands? X-O I've never actually seen rugby. I need to pay more attention! :'-(
  10. O-okay... 8-| *Holds mop in front of self nerviously* Gulp!
  11. So that means Yoda has his stick. Woo. Yoda manages to Force Poke Darth Tyranus, and uses the force to try to take Tyranus's lightsaber away. Tyranus resists, and sends a blast of force lighting at our little friend. Yoda uses his hand technique thing to "catch" the lighting, and sends it back toward Tyranus. Tyranus, still half blinded by Yoda's Force Poke, fails to block it and is hit in the chest by his own lighting. Tyranus is getting on age. The blast doesn't do much for him. Yoda Force pushes his lightsaber away, and sends his stick at Tyranus, bashing, poking, and whacking him. Humiliated, Tyranus manages to hop aboard his speeder and get away, leaving a triumphant Yoda. Even without his lightsaber, Yoda is still very formidable. Plus, he's got about 850 years of experience. Also, Yoda knows Tyranus's moves, since he taught him.
  12. glad you won, Optimus! *y* But, how on earth will you use it?
  13. Ok. I didn't think you meant me 'cause I have no power. I mop.
  14. Maybe. It doesn't really look like it, but who knows? It seems to me that lego likes large cockpits because they have more "character" I.E. you can see the minifig inside, so you know where the "Head" is. The design of this ship is cool, but just not... lego. It's too serious, in a way.
  15. *Dances along to song* huh? I think it was over there... Or was there? I forgot!
  16. Ah! Here it is. It looks good, but it also looks fake. four things: 1: The design isn't something lego would make. That looks like an AFOL (or TFOL!) This looks like it would lose some parts, like the cockpit, if it was set down or swooshed too hard. Lego would make something sturdier. 2. The lighting. It looks a bit yellow, like ImperialScouts said, and it is a bit grainy for Lego. Also, Lego likes to have their minifigs very easy to see, where here, we can't see the pilot's helmet so well, and the stormtroopers are hard to see. 3. Notice the lack of stickers? 4. Lego would probably put on a big, easily accessable cockpit.
  17. I can't see it. The brickshelf folder says "Folder not found". |-/ Edit: whoops, didn't see Maiq's comment. :-$
  18. I think we're talking about brickshelf not going on...off...on...off... :-P
  19. Hmm, this could go either way, actually. Obi suprised Maul. Maul took on two good jedi, killed one, and kicked the other off of the ledge, even if he bounced back unexpectedly and cut him in half. Yet, he is a loaded weapon, not a "real" sith lord. Anakin, on the other hand, has received proper jedi training. I'll say Maul on this. Why? Maul IS undoubtably good. So is anakin. We've never seen them fight each other, and it is hard to compare. We DO know Maul fought a Jedi Master and his great-jedi-in-training, and won (if only for a short while).
  20. A sextant? That's even harder. Oh. Oooohhhh. :-$
  21. You got a point. Does the captain even know how to use a compass? *wacko* You have a point too.
  22. I meant two large main guns with some smaller turrets on the side. After reading Sinner's post, though, it sounds like the two big ones on the side idea is better. Besides, we wouldn't want to shoot the tail off... *cough*Indie's dad*cough*. ;-) Maybe put some of the smaller double turrets on from 6211?
  23. It looks like brickshelf is back up. How do we know? Kevin was kind enough to put this up on the front page: link Looks like smooth sailing!
  24. Well, I was just thinkin... Don't we want to watch where we're driftin'? Do we have a compass? And one of those star thingies... A sextant?
  25. Oh... yeah. Who's watching the radar thingie for other boats then? Is that dead too?
