I agree that the quality of the series as whole isn´t up there with the regular sets. But at the same time I think it´s good enough for the product that it it - collectible minifigs. I guess that if TLG would have made them themself and not outsourced them, we wouldn´t have seen this because it would have been to expensive and the production capacity wouldn´t have been availiable. So I rather have these at this level of quality than not. To me they´re a really really cool product that I can use for so much stuff. Yes and no maybe ?! I was one of them, maybe the first, to report about the figs and getting questions about the quality. I then had the Spaceman, Cheerleader and Crash Test Dummy. I then wrote: To me the quality of them ARE Lego quality (ok, the raygun looks different but so does the fish from Medieval Market Village).Athos, I will pass this on to TLG !

TLG needs to know what colors are missing in existing elements
CopMike replied to CopMike's topic in General LEGO Discussion
I think my quote, and the original request from TLG DOES adress your post: Could be hard to put something as number one on a list by suggesting basic bricks and plates (especially those of larger sizes)?! To me a pretty clear instruction that they want the part described by using the Bricklink number&name! Again to me, a pretty clear instruction that they want the specific part described in a specific color as seen in the color overview. And as the topping on the cake, they even show an example on how they want it to be presented to them! What was that to be unsure about ?! -

Honestly, what part to the instructions below was that hard to understand ?: A quick search of Bricklink reveals the minifig torso to be part number 973! -

Nice stop motion! Crisp pictures, but the Gundams should have checked when they went out from the toilet so the toliet paper that got stuck under their shoes could have been removed ! Keep´em coming !

From TLG: Hi LEGO Fans, The LEGO Community Development would like to know which of the already existing elements would be needed most urgently in missing colors. Some optimism presumed the number one of the resulting list could end in a "color change" and might be produced in the future. To participate - the way is as follows: Suggestions need to be send by email until the 30.06.2010. These suggestions will be sorted and afterwards published for a voting. The final chart will be send to the LCD Team. For easier handling the suggestions should be aligned to the description of the BrickLink catalogue: www.bricklink.com/catalogTree.asp?itemType=P Suggestions only will be accepted in a color which is still in production. So e.g."Fabuland brown" is invalid because production of this color was stoped in 1997. An overview about the actual colors could be downloaded here: http://www.eurobricks.com/forum/uploads/1263973081/gallery_148_37_26696.jpg An example: Part No: 50746 Name: Slope 30 1 x 1 x 2/3 New color: brick-yellow (tan) Now take your chance to influence the future, but again - follow the instructions as in the example !

Minifig scale? Wow, you really have room and $$$ for that ? A real one, like Gudrun Maersk, is about 367 m (1,204 ft) long and 43 m (141 ft) wide. Minifig scale beeing approx. 1:48 would make it 7,6 m (25,1 ft) long and 0,91 m (2,93 ft) wide!
