  1. Pics aren't allowed at London Toy Fair I believe, but descriptions will come out of the event, and we should see the set at NY Toy Fair in the middle of February.
  2. Wonder Woman will get 2 sets at best, probably in the Summer Wave. Hopefully they don't do too many sets on the LEGO Batman Movie, I'm starting to feel the whole theme is being taken over my the movies, which is great on the one hand, but more obscure characters from each villains' rogues gallery won't be explored unless they're in the films.
  3. For whoever asked about the sets in Ireland, they'll be out in March (yes, the BvS sets are out in March here along with 76053 and the Mighty Micros) like the UK. And another Grodd? Cool
  4. That Spidey polybag is awesome.
  5. Armoured Batman is the bomb! One of my favourite figs of all time. It's nice to get that Kryptonite piece and the printed Bat-signal piece.
  6. I'm sorry but Clash of the Heroes will always be my favourite of the BvS sets, but the figs in 76046 are amazing.
  7. Would like to, but not sure what I'm doing. Do you have to pay to get in?
  8. Haha thanks, dunno why they aren't showing.
  9. Love the Deadshot fig, but it seems like he's got too much. Might remove everything and just give a custom sniper.
  10. Well at least I can confirm for myself that Deadshot doesn't have a cheesy grin. I watched J2G's video on the Classic Batcave, and it hyped me up for it. But I still can't get around that £230 price point. It just doesn't look enough for that.
  11. Unlikely, retailers like TRU and Smyths would have been seeling them the moment it was possible. Maybe there is some tighter restrictions on something or rather to do with BvS which means they can only be released in March here or something. Also noticed that the Mighty Micros are £8.99 here and 76053 is £19.99. Also....LEGO 76044: Clash of the Heroes Review Price: £11.99 Pieces: 92 Minifigs: Armoured Batman, Superman. Review: I like this set, it gives you some real fun for such a small set. Obviously, the stars of the show are the minifigs, especially Batman. My only complaint about the minifigs is that I don't like the one-hole cape. Obviously it's good when the armour's on, but I like the torso print a lot, and that cape is one of a kind, but due to it only having one hole it doesn't stay down. The build is short but enjoyable, and there's so many little cool places like the stud box (ammo for krypto-gun) and the kryptonite nugget piece, which is real nice. I wish the computer thing by the Bat-signal was printed, but that's just my view. There's actually quite a few play features. My personal favourite is the Bat-signal-missile, which is printed, but I also like the little pin that you can launch Batman on. It allows Superman to utilise the super jumper and they can kinda go at each other. I like the loose barrier feature, but it can be annoying when you don't intend on using it and you so much as touch it and it falls off. The solution for that for me was to remove the circular stand it's on, put that on the 2x2 space in the middle, them place it on the studs so it's firmly in position. What I'm trying to say is I love this set. Excuse any typos (I am the king of typos).
  12. GUYS. If any of you are Brits, the new DC sets are up on Argos... AND THIS: http://www.argos.co..../lego 76053.htm EDIT: None are available to buy, they've just been listed. Someone at Argos told me that the new BvS sets are set to release alongside 76053 and the Mighty Micros. Also, it says 'Available from March' in the catalog.
  13. That Batcave is only $3 cheaper than both the BvS and Summer Waves put together. Just to put that into context for you. Absolutely ridiculous. Can't wait until NY Toy Fair, need to see the Summer Sets. Something tells me they'll be awesome.
  14. Exactly. There was like 20 figures in that set, which was packed with figures. This will probably appeal to little kids, and the moment they find out the big set they asked for for Christmas has barely anything to do in it they'll be devastated. I rather they just released a whole wave of 1966 sets, and released the Batcave as a £100 set, and you'd get the other vehicles in the other sets. Like a Batboat set for a Penguin Submarine, a Bat-copter set for The Joker, a Batmobile set for Riddler and Cat-Cycle thing with Bat-Cycle for Catwoman, and then have Alfred, Bruce, Dick, Aunt Harriet, Batman and Robin in the Batcave. Much better.
  15. Actually, I could get this set for £200 at LEGOLAND. Which makes it seem a lot better. I can dig out £200 if need be, but £230 is really scraping the barrel.
  16. Ouch, £230 is high. Don't know how I'm gonna get this with all the other sets available. Nevertheless it looks cool, and the VIP event is great. But there's a bat-grapple thing with the rope you put through the holes. I hate those. Upon reflection it is awesome, but it still feels a little small, and that piece count is made up by little bits and bobs. The big draw of the vehicles for me is the Bat-copter, I love its design and it's windshield. I just don't know how I'm gonna find the money to pay for it all. There's a couple hundred pounds worth of sets this year. Lets hope people come through on my birthday and Christmas with some of the other sets so I can get this one. Got 76044 on the way for Friday, looking forward to that one.
  17. Haha. I think Clash of the Heroes has one, but not for any real feature. Well this was painful to read (yes, the one who made the post and asking questions is me)... https://www.reddit.com/r/lego/comments/3zlgwn/anyone_in_the_uk_found_the_new_bvs_dc_sets_other/
  18. They could do a Lazarus Pit showdown kind of thing for Ra's, with collapsing stuff and a mechanism that makes him jump out of the pit or something.
  19. I didn't even know who Calender Man was until I played Batman: Arkham City, so the likelihood that kids will know who he is or even want him by someone who goes by the name Calender Man are extremely unlikely. But then again, would they really know who Deadshot and Deathstroke are?
  20. Here's hoping. And I'd love The Ventriloquist! He's a great Batman character, and with big sets this wave I guess it's more aimed at us, and most AFOL who like Batman will know him, especially from the Animated Series.
  21. It's just the huge price tag they've slapped on it that is holding me back. Like JaHawk2009 said, if this set is under £200, it's on my shopping list. If not, then I'll cash in for the figs and give the set a miss.
