    No offence, but I don't really see the point in this thread. If what others have said is true, it appears there'll be no normal DC sets next Winter/Spring, and no real indication if we'll get any sets in the Summer either.

    Eurgh jeez, they look terrible. The figs are cheesier than Mighty Micros ones. I weren't expecting them to be like the standard stuff, but not like this at all.

    Usually, a good build and a few nice figs decides whether I buy a set. The build looks meh, and there are no figs. Definite pass.

    I'm honestly hoping that the wave coming early next year will be the only wave of the year, my wallet won't be able to handle even more sets.

    Is it confirmed there'll be a CMF line? If so, I assume we'll have a lot of Bat-variants as the figures.

    I hope so. I'm hoping we get sets with villains like Joker and Riddler in so I can skip them. I'll likely only get sets with new variants I want or new characters.

    I'm almost hoping we don't get a spring wave. I can't keep up with all these sets, especially when there's 13 of them.

    I must say, the Mighty Mircos are much cooler than the first wave, and much better figures. But I'm still not sure if that will lead me to buy one. I'm actually really now looking forward to the new sets; my wallet isn't, but I think we'll see a number of new characters and variants.

    We're lucky here in the UK. We don't have many bad retailers, well, not ones who get LEGO exclusives. Argos are always great here in the UK (where I believe the Ra's set is exclusive to here), however last year's exclusive at Tesco was a bit of a pain in the megablocks. I had to order it online, and got it around 2 weeks into January, but it wasn't available in-store (in the toys area) until about mid-February.

    I'll be happy if they use the CMF series for Batman variants seen in the film.

    If they don't use this opportunity wisely to make a Batman Beyond variant next January, I'm gonna be mad.

    Yeah, I think I'll get a bigger set, then leave the Ra's set maybe as a Christmas item, would allow me to save a bit of money ahead of the mountain coming next year.

    Well, I could buy the Ra's set, but I'm not sure. When I bought the Batcave, they wouldn't discount me with my Merlin pass (they usually give you a 10% discount off LEGO sets, but apparently that doesn't apply to Hard to Find items), so I complained and got the £23 back that I would've had discounted. I now have enough in my LEGO pot (yeah, I have a pot made specifically for putting money in to spend on LEGO sets) for the Ra's set, but I am not far off the Harvester set or the Croc set. I personally think I'll like the Croc set more, but some things from the Scarecrow set have me intrigued. Thoughts?

    Thirteen sets is also too much. I may have to skip a number of the sets unless they're smaller and BrickLink the minifigs. However, I think I'd prefer it if this is the only wave next year. That ON TOP OF a possible Summer release would just be too much, if it isn't already.

    Since this is the 2017 thread... When can we expect some rumours on our regular DC sets for the Winter Wave? I have an even greater feeling now that this will be another JL wave.

    Thanks for the thread Captain Nemo. Like I said on the other thread, I find it weird that this will be Doomsday's first appearance; maybe they're planning a set with him in for Winter. An STILL no Reverse Flash? This is a tragedy. Also, with what AnnaBuildsLego said in the 2016 thread, maybe this could be a 2016 wave? I don't recall them ever giving 2017 sets out at SDCC. Maybe Wave 2 will drop in September or something.
