You would have to conquer the squares in order to use them and move between them, just like on land. The only difference is you have to have builds on water. And who doesn't love a good classic Naval Battle?

The bunkers were developed under the watchful eye of the Soalon Intelligence Service (SIS). Upon getting into the bunker, your team discovered a control room centered around a communications device. The device had been damaged in what appeared to be an intentional attempt to scuttle it. In their haste, the SIS failed to completely destroy the machine. That's not accurate. My military builds have been posted and endorsed at several of my LUGs events and social media over the years. Lego never said a word. As for the other stuff, let's not bash LEGO here on eurobricks for obvious reasons.
