I'm Leaving! I'm Coming Back! Do it all HERE.

FIGHT THE MAN, EWOK! To Ewok's parents, if they're reading this: I apply LEGO constantly in my high school education, and take it as a serious hobby. I don't see why you would think otherwise, with the community of AFOLs and TFOLs as large as it is, not to mention the idea stopping your son from doing something he finds enjoyable out of sheer opinion... what makes other hobbies more viable than LEGO? His LEGO hobby isn't hurting him. Don't hurt him by taking it away! ~ Oliver, age 15 Good luck to our furry pal. -
Alright, I'm going to take a bit of a bet here. After looking at the Batman helmet a bit harder, I think the only reason it would possibly be that thick is that the front is a visor. Think about the KK2 visors, and then look at the Batman helmet. They look just about the same width. If that's right, it might not be so bad as I thought it was. Maybe this is the 'way they pulled off the cowl?' What say you, reideen?

Tommy guns. Wow. Dream come true. Bat star thingies, too. And handcuffs. The Batman 'mask' sucks, though. Same for Catwoman.

Mine is closing down as well.

I'm disappointed in the Batmobile... doesn't look too great.

Worse than I thought it would be, still going to pick it up.

I'll buy this.

No, which is why I didn't see a point in posting them. -
Assuming there is a Vikings II ;) Jake said a 2006 line is coming at Brickfest, so yeah.

1. Vikings II/Batman 2. Striking Venom 3. Jabba's Sail Barge 4. Sentai Headquarters 5. Imperial Star Destroyer 6. City Crane 7. Exo-Force Tank 8. Large KK2:3 set ... of course, I'll probably pick up just about everything SYSTEM, but those are the ones I'm after most. (I'm banking on Vikings II being awesome :-D)

City. First real revival of the Town line in many years - maybe even an IMPROVEMENT to it.

I have to agree with Grevious. I got this the other day and also enjoyed it.

The only blue ones are trans-LIGHT blue... # 5 in 4504-1 - Millennium Falcon (2004) # 4 in 10030-1 - Imperial Star Destroyer

If all the other Alan Moore movie adaptations are anything to go by, V will be poop. Its all about big blue. There's only League and that Jack the Ripper movie to judge by, and V has the Wachowski Brothers at the helm, not to mention Agent Smi- I mean, Hugo Weaving and Natalie Portman. Plus, the folks over at Aint it Cool loved it.

I've met him a few times. Have Castaways of the Flying Dutchman and Angel's Command (both better than any of the Redwall stuff) signed by him. Cool guy.
-
Saw this earlier, looks interesting. Don't know about Cage as an antihero... Personally, my money's on V for Vendetta for comic movie of the year.
-
I'm a virtual legend for it at my school. Don't hide it!

Yep, it transitions from pearl light grey to trans-bright green. Thunder Fury has a droid with the same in red. -
I'm pretty sure I own all the Rexes done by LEGO, and I have to say that the best is the grey version of the blue one that came with one of the Jurassic Park III sets (technically, it's a spinosaurus, but the difference is the 'spine' piece on the back...). More realistic color.

PHOTO REVIEWS: Thunder Fury & Grand Titan

GRAND TITAN The Fig The best torso of the figs I've seen. Very usable. The Titan The Foot I wish they'd change up the feet a little. The Stomach Neat, no awesome gun like the other, but a much better cockpit. The Cockpit Great little compartment. The Claw Eh... <insert that tiresome argument>. The Gun Now THIS is cool. It spins, and - what else - gets lit up by the tube! The Back Best of the lot. Awesome. FINAL VERDICT: 7.7/10 Fig: 8/10 Pieces: 7/10 Set: 8/10 Playability: 9/10 It's my surprise favorite so far. Definitely worth the $15 in my books, and well worth picking up. Go for it!
