  1. DC Comics, Ninjago, The LEGO Movie, Doctor Who and Wizard of Oz, maybe?
  2. Honestly, I don't think three is enough. As I said before, I think they should bring every existing franchise back with one new character via whatever the Connectables are. Personally, I would rather have Missy. Being able to play as every incarnation of the Master would be amazing.
  3. The Ghostbusters story pack looks amazing:
  4. Mulder meeting the Doctor would be amazing.
  5. I understand that and I understand why they would introduce new franchises. They need to to freshen up the game and add more content. At the same time though they still need to create content for the old franchises. I hope that's what the Connectables are as it would be the best way to do that without distracting from the new franchises.
  6. Exactly. I believe CM4Sci but equally I think there may be some truth in yourself. As I said, I don't want to fall out with anyone. I just don't think CM should totally dismiss you when he's not completely certain himself ('almost certain' shows he isn't 100% about it).
  7. Wow, that was a disappointing stream. 4.0 bad, I'd say. Most of it was the guy playing just moving about where the portals are than any actual gameplay. If there's no more content for every original IP then LEGO can expect to lose a lot of players from their game. Yes, they'll gain new ones but I don't see why they would want to **** off their already established Dimensions fanbase. Just DC getting new packs isn't enough. I don't expect anything this year but next year there needs to be something. Strax would be better than nothing and if we get nothing in 2017 then I am hugely disappointed in LEGO and their treatment of those of us who have been playing the game since the first year of LEGO Dimensions.
  8. No offence (I don't wish to fall out with anybody here) but you said 'almost certain', so there is a hint of a possibility that both you and Local Knowledge are right.
  9. What if the polybags are the Connectables and the Connectables are Limited Edition figures based on the pre-existing franchises? That would explain why Strax would be one before Missy from the Doctor Who franchise - I imagine there's much less demand for him compared to her.
  10. Four player outside of the battle arenas would be great. I don't know why it hasn't happened in a LEGO game yet.
  11. A LEGO Rocket Racer level pack with his car from LEGO Racers 2 and a power-up brick (basically a LEGO brick minibuild with LEGO bricks) maybe?
  12. You know what would be amazing? LEGO Racers with a level pack featuring tracks from the first videogame.
  13. I would be fine with that. It would be a nice way of keeping the 1.0 franchises included whilst making sure the spotlight is still on the new franchises.
  14. How small? Like one minifigure and no builds?
  15. I really hope not. Alienating the fans of the original franchises would be a massive mistake and whilst they will get new fans from the new franchises, they'll lose a lot of players who started playing from 1.0. It's not like anyone's asking for much, just one new pack for each original franchise to give them Battle Arenas.
  16. He's the only one that's leaked out. I would expect Missy first but there's a lot of reasons why they'd do Strax. - Sontarans are one of the show's most iconic alien species. - He's a member of the hugely popular recurring character groups called the Paternoster Gang. - He's a recent recurring character from the series who has even had his own audio spinoff called Jago, Litefoot & Strax - Dan Starkey would be pretty cheap to hire to record new soundbites if they didn't record some with him before along with the Adventure World dialogue - It would allow them to include one of the show's most recognisable alien spaceships in the Sontaran Pod as a minibuild. I would expect them to promote it as unlocking a Battle Arena for the Doctor Who Adventure World to make it an enticing buy. I doubt it'll release this year based on what people in the know have said about there disappointingly being no LEGO Doctor Who this year but it's a possible release for next January-March.
  17. I think Strax may be shown at E3. The official Doctor Who page have teased something: The Doctor welcomes Harry Potter, Adventure Time,Ghostbusters, Sonic The Hedgehog and many others into the LEGO Dimensions universe! You don't need a bigger TARDIS but you're going to need a bigger imagination! #E32016 #E32016 Why would they advertise LEGO Dimensions at E3 if they weren't going to show anything Doctor Who-related?
  18. As much as I love The LEGO Movie, we don't need CMFs based on both of its spinoffs.
  19. Wow, that is an extremely idiotic decision by LEGO. The LEGO Ninjago Movie doesn't need a CMF line. Either give a CMF line to LEGO Batman Movie or LEGO Ninjago Movie or don't give one to either. To replace Disney series 2 with The LEGO Batman Movie and The LEGO Ninjago Movie CMF series and delaying Disney for a year is so stupid it beggars belief.
  20. No surprise there. Hopefully it won't take the place of Disney.
  21. I doubt they would be able to implement it based on Adventure World or game levels. They might do something where if Superman's laser ability comes into contact with a Gremlin it multiplies though.
  22. We don't know it was a Dimensions minifigure. It could be an alternate head and torso in this set.
  23. We all live in a Yellow Submarine, a Yellow Submarine, a Yellow Submarine...
  24. You could have the Skarasen from Terror of the Zygons as the build. Luke's car from The Nightmare Man and the Totem Pole from Curse of Clyde Langer, perhaps?
  25. You would assume but a cheap NFC pack option would be nice.
