  1. It looks accurate enough to me and it's a bit much to expect a set to be submitted with the SHIELD logo on the top. Does that piece even exist? As for the size and minifigures: well, look at the Doctor Who set. They increased the size there and included 11 and 12 instead of 10 and Rose. It was still the most successful LEGO Ideas set ever released by LEGO. Who cares about 'swooshability' and transportation? Also: Lola could always be removed from the final set.
  2. 1. I highly doubt LEGO would make an Agents of SHIELD set without fan pressure. LEGO Ideas is fan pressure, Lola wouldn't be if the rumours turned out to be true. It's not as big as the MCU movies they tend to focus on. 2. I don't see how that matters. Last year's Doctor Who set was based on 2013's Time of the Doctor. 3. Again, don't see how it matters. Just don't make it realistic.
  3. Seriously, I mean it. Too often now it seems like they're more interested in original ideas, whereas I couldn't care less about a LEGO maze or LEGO Exo-Suit. Sets based on TV and film are more interesting because we are familiar with them - sets like Agents of SHIELD: The Bus, for instance. I mean, just look at how great this build is: ...and the minifigures are great: If it's too big, then reduce the size. If there's too many minifigures, reduce the number of them. There's solutions to any potential problems this set might have.
  4. I'm so glad this project has reached 10,000 supporters and I certainly hope it isn't rejected. I'd happy pay between £80-£100 for that set and even if they deem it too big, surely they could reduce it in size?
  5. I half-agree but I do think it's possible there could be Beatles fans who don't like the Yellow Submarine film.
  6. This looks like an amazing set for anyone who has seen the Yellow Submarine film but not for anyone just interested in the Beatles themselves.
  7. A Story Pack for LEGO Dimensions would surely be more likely.
  8. That sounds like a lot of fun. I'd buy that game.
  9. Damn, I wish technology was better.
  10. I don't know why they can't make it a one minute update.
  11. You really need to see Day of the Doctor. It's amazing.
  12. I like to think Olivander is a fob-watched War Doctor living on Earth.
  13. Agreed, although I think Josh Brolin was exactly like a young Tommy Lee Jones.
  14. Actually, he's open to it if the script is right.
  15. I would imagine it would be hard to find sensible archive audio clips. They should have got Daniel Radcliffe and Ralph Fiennes in the studio to record new lines.
  16. Agreed. I think they should have stopped at three. Black Spot/Dead Man's Chest/World's End was a natural trilogy.
  17. Nice idea - but would it be young (Josh Brolin) or old (Tommy Lee Jones) Agent K?
  18. At this stage, Pirates of the Caribbean would probably fare better as a TV Series. That way they could develop the characters and storylines more.
  19. Worth noting also that Beetlejuice is 15 and is in the game, so there's no reason why Sherlock couldn't be included. They could do The Cornetto Trilogy if they wanted.
  20. I didn't find Wyldstyle annoying at all. Batman as you said was perfect for this version of Batman. Fair enough about GlaDos but I don't think the Doctor was in it any more than the others. He's only in the Doctor Who level at the beginning and the end. His next appearance isn't until the final battle with Lord Vortech. Also: the Simpsons segment is not their fault: Twentieth Century Fox wouldn't grant them access to any archive voice clips that don't contain the voice of Dan Castellana or Johnny Cash.
  21. I completely disagree. I thought Wyldstyle felt like a natural take on her character from The LEGO Movie. I don't know much about Lord of the Rings but isn't a 'batty old man' exactly who Gandalf is? His catchphrase is 'You shall not pass'! As for character cameos, what did you expect? If they focused too much on one character, fans of another license would have complained that s/he got too much time compared to another minifigure.
  22. They could have been lying to keep it secret - if they said they were going to return to old franchises, it wouldn't be a surprise. As for Back to the Future: I love those films but I don't see what more packs they could viably do. Maybe Biff Tannen could be feasible at a push but even he likely wouldn't have the draw of Doc and Marty.
  23. If it isn't him, it's one hell of a good impersonator from what I've seen of LEGO Dimensions videos featuring B.A. Baracus.
  24. Maybe Wave 10 will be a surprise return for some of the Year One franchises? Doctor Who: Missy Fun Pack The Simpsons: Lisa and Marge Team Pack Scooby-Doo: Daphne Fun Pack Jurassic World: Claire Dearing Fun Pack
  25. I don't think it's any less kid friendly than Doctor Who under the Moffat era. Doctor Who has become incredibly dark.
