I too noticed that it seems TLG is done with the circus themed minifig! However I can easily see myself casting the series 4 ice-skater as a trapeze artist :) Funny to discover someone else categories, mine were slightly different, I had a music category in mind as well but it included the hula girl and the mexican guy, in the wrestlers category I had the mexican wrestler, the karate guy and the sumo (and I m keeping my hopes up for a boxer in series 5 or later with boxing gloves akin to the cheerleader's pom poms), the gorilla was a city or sports (eg the mascott) minifig. The spartan, elf, samurai, ninja, viking, ect I categorized as the "great warriors"... I really like those over-arching themes linking series to one another!!!

I've been checking at my local TRU every other day here in the bay area since black friday and they finally had 2 boxes out today, someone had obviously beat me to it but I still managed to get most of the minifigs. I'm missing the race car driver, tennis player, hula girl and samurai. The dot system, depending on the packages, is hard as hell to decipher! Some packages were really easy to identify, some had dots that were barely visible, others had no dots at all or dot configurations that were not in the list...
