uhm...... erm...... :< ......... hm....... :$ ..... i'm so sorry, i really don't know, why i mixed this up.... i think this post remembered me MUCH at the fbtb-page, it was the very first impression i got (maybe hadn't read the earlier posts... :$ ):

there were more licenses out there from duplo (sorry, its now called "explore".. :P )... at least from bob the builder and something with winnie puh as i remember right... though i dont like the figs of the ferrari-set, the rest of it looks nice... remembers me of the good old duplo cars!!!

but hte color-scheme of the paradisa sets wasn't really good... he he, when i searched for jonfett's fire station, i saw some nice town sets... maybe its a shame that i hadn't played with these, but on the other hand was i able to get more castle and pirate sets!!! ;)

IMO lego got back much quality with all this new designer sets... when i saw the animal set (4101) i thought: "wow, if i had a child of 5 years, THIS would be the only set i would buy for it!!!" all this other bionicle and jackstone sh** doesn't fit my image of lego... or think at CLIKITS!!! AHHHH!!!!! but the designer sets bring back the old lego idea, building things with bricks... okay, they use slopes, the new click-hinges, but they don't exxagerate it... its okay for me... the important aspect is, that there aren't in a large set only ten big special-molded parts like at the jack stone sets... (okay, they are for little children, but i was able to build a house from legobricks when i was 4yo, so why shouldn't other children be able to do this??!)

i've none... but the whole amount of town-themed sets i own is under ten... and the half of it are paradisa-sets my sister doesn't play with anymore...

after this is cleared up, IMO it would make sense to rerelease (the better) train-sets, it looks like the train theme became once again more popular the last years...
