I remember how was fun and addicting to play LEGO Universe when it came out more than 10 years ago. I still think it's the best LEGO game ever, basically you can do everything you wanna do! Sadly after a while they closed... and It was so bad 😢 Some years ago discovered that it's still possible to play it! Even with friends!! Now I'm also able to add custom items and do more things I couldn't do in live... 😄 I'm so sorry if only today came in mind to share this possibility here!

thank you very much!! :) don't know if could be helpful, but for me worked to restore/overwrite the previous db i found in a system image file so must be the 2022 version even if i applied also the 23 october 2023 full pack and then the 26 oct 2023 version hope this infos could be helpful :)

almost all the parts with the error exclamation point ! are fixed! thank you very much! now only the part plate 2x3 w. holder 2020 - current is still with the error exclamation point ! no, haven't those (268400 and 38551 and 67498) dunno how to find the id of the parts in a group with the interrogation point ? them are called: bogey contact switch; torso, male, boy; motor; shock absorver, no. 2 - piston.

i always get only the Complete parts pack to be sure to don't miss anything so don't know when or where but guess missed those somehow... thanks :) would be awesome if you could give me those files or point me where i can download them... imo don't need any sorry!! instead i really wanna thank you for your precious work about adding parts! special thanks!

where can i get them?

first of all thanks to Stephan for the amazing job on adding new parts!!!!! my updating method is to just add/overwrite current db with the one in the updates... but ldd crashes when opening the group 216 so, found a previous backup and seems the problem to be relate to these two parts then discovered also other missing/error parts wonder if could fix also those last two group icons thanks

in fact i'm used to do so guess i installed the august version by mistake today when was trying to fix the problem...

yes, i just figured out exactly this i compressed the original files in 7z and then deleted completely and actually now can see properly all colors in the palette i'm using the 4.3.11 version

all files are in their correct locations and are all from the rar file which date of 24/08/2022 that's why can't understand why i can't see all the colors in the palette :(

i'll check everything right now as always i extracted everything from the rar and pasted in C:\Users\User\AppData\Roaming\LEGO Company\LEGO Digital Designer folder same result :/ i could get the colors from the xml file but of course would be great if could have all colors already in the palette... ...wonder what's wrong!?!

uhm, i have only those in the pic so for example haven't the vibrant yellow and the coral pink is there a way to add/show all colors into the palette?

could be possible if in the next update could upgrade also all new colors? thanks :)

don't know if could be helpful also for you but this video helped me to set powered up...

i did some research and there is no way to enable the always permission on android 11... so i can't do nothing by my own... if the lego android team will do something on the app ok otherwise i'll just keep using the controlz app as always did... and peace

thanks so, i'm not crazy... i mean... it's actually possible that not only i have this problem... so, the only thing i could do now is wait a new version that will work, correct?

first of all thanks for your help and support... i tried many times to wipe all data (settings => apps => control+ => delete cache & delete all stored data), uninstall and reinstall getting the app only from the google play store even on another mobile (listed in the lego white list) with the same result i start to think that is a problem of the app in itself... and still waiting a reply from lego technical support

my phone is a motorola g8 power but have no idea if it's on the lego white list... will check it later the weird thing is that before the app worked... just didn't use for long time because i don't like so much...

i haven't always as option... what can i do now?

usually i force kill then clear cache, then clear data my app version is also 1.6.1 and have android 11 RPES31.Q4U-47-35-11 just tried again... same result... no permissions popup it's all very weird... because controlz and even lego powered up work perfectly... here the screenshot and the permissions screenshot bluetooth, location and wifi are turned on...

no, also because it has already all access and permissions to everything...

i tested with powered up lego app and actually the hub links perfectly with the app... so, imo, it's definitely something wrong with the lego control+ app... but just can't figure out what it's wrong :/

i did already before start to talk about here... but... still waiting for a reply... :/ i did couple of times already... still the same result... at the end i would just link the hub to the app to check if there is a firmware update...

the hub works perfectly with controlz... i tried with one device in battery saving mode and with another without it... same result... that's why i think is weird... maybe is a problem of the app? maybe some app update ruined something?
