    i used the inventory list off the back of the instruction manual and ordered from lego.com; given the 5000+ pieces, guess it was inevitable that some were missed out; had to call customer service to request the missing pieces (8 or so) and even received 200 VIP points as a "sorry for the inconvenience"... great customer service

    yeah.. already seeing some sets in Argos as well so think it's 1 Aug...

    agreed... recently bricklinked GG and CC myself.. couldn't pull the trigger on the original parts esp the door for CC and went for a much cheaper blue/grey instead... this is lego after all... let your imagination fly!

    think I'm stuck buying every modular that comes out... just got back into lego last month and picked up DO, PR, CC and PS from lego, TH and FB from ebay, bricklinked GG and CC... passing on the rest... love the series!

    same thoughts as what I had.. only just got back into lego modular last month and purchased DO, PR, PC and PS from lego. subsequently looked at the rest and now have GE, FB and TH from ebay with GG and CC bricklinked as prices are sky high.. GE interior does look sparse in comparison to the later releases...

    i looked at brick linking town hall and fire brigade using PAB parts first and then brick link..turned out buying a BINB off eBay was cheaper... not so for green grocer or cafe corner than i'm doing next though
