I'd be thinking Shop@home only. Then no real issue in my opinion for Lego because they control stock levels under their own roof.

Venator for sale at Toys Paradise - $99. I have one but must say its a great kit for $99. I think there's free shipping too if you spend over $150.

I recently bought a Basic Set when it was on sale and thought how good it would be if they did AFOL-style boxes like this. I'm thinking 300 / 600 / 1000 bricks in tan, reddish brown, dark red and light and dark bley, even white and black. I'd definitely grab a few as we have no Lego stores in Australia therefore no PAB opportunities. Even though they wouldn't be a massive seller due to smaller audience I'm sure they'd have their place. I guess it might throw a spanner into the secondary market though with Bricklink or big sets with lots of tan or brown dropping in value. And maybe a S@H or independents exclusive? Interested in what you think. And then hope Lego are watching

Nice! But not that brave to build one - however it does look good! I will buy a minifig Jabba at some stage but not until I've build parts of the MOC with existing bricks. So it's the minifig's size I'm after.

I'm building a MOC [in my head at the moment :)] that has Jabba in it, and I don't have either the Palace or the Sail Barge yet and I want a bit of an idea of how big he is for scale. Can any one provide me with a basic size of height, depth and width in bricks so I can create a basic blob to add in the MOC as a placeholder? Or if you're feeling really creative, a super-sweet basic brick based model that I can use that adheres to the basic dimensions :) Coz if you don't I will once I have dimensions. Thanks in advance!

Wow I was expecting to come in here to a shot for shot analysis of it and all the new gear we'll see in the 2012 runs :) Oh well I'll pipe in first then - Here's hoping for a new Jabba with large molded Rancor :) And perhaps a Cantina. But if anything a paused screenshot will give hints how to build some Senate pods or that Droid sitting outside the Cantina! All in all, a bit of fun and yep, let's hope for some more - I'll help it along by picking up the Blu-ray.

Hhmmm $80 vs $50US. Not great plus shipping from Lego is a b$&@!. Anyone know if this one might end up as an exclusive somewhere?
