Yeh Adelaide CBD only had the two more expensive sets but the guy there said they may be getting more soon, so I'm waiting for the weekend to grab them all. I'd be tempted to grab an Emerald Night if they topped up too :)

Yeh I don't think it was an email and it's not displayed in the store, however I found it on ozbargain.com.au and downloaded the voucher. Myer will probably email late today or tomorrow. Getting the right mix is hard, but I think the space sets and a toy for my son hits $225 - alternatively buy S4 minifigs to balance it out :D

Myer has spend $75 and get $20 off for Myer One card holders. So $225 is $165 which works well with the new Space releases if you can spend another $15 somewhere. It's over 25% off for this deal so it's rare to get it better. 3 for 2 wouldn't be an improve I don't think for these sets.

Death Star. Tons of minifigs and it's a giant multi playset. And pulling it apart would probably be able to build a few SW MOCs as well.

Thanks for the response. AFOL12V is correct - from the research I've done just need the tracks to go with the points. I'll have to have a look through the bags for those pieces - still sitting in there at the moment! 7740 for $500 - nice, since the 15kg cost me $200. But not 100% that everything is there for the sets that was able to work out had sets in there. Still a fun haul to go through. And I'm in Adelaide and know of Lighteningtiger via the Aussie Sales topic.

Yeh it's pretty awesome - was stoked to have it all working even at 30 years old. I really scored with this stuff - transformer, 4 switch boxes, light and sound kit, about 40 electric tracks, one electric motor, one 4.5 battery motor and another 12v engine that doesnt use the track to run. These are from near complete sets in the other 12kg of Lego I got in the buy that I still need to sort through :D Did find hints of sets 7725 and 7740 in there so should be fun.

Yeh I have the manual points but not the rails - possibly missing from the haul I got. But it's the electric ones I'm still puzzled on.

Hi there, like a few posters I've not a train guy but have just bought a 15kg haul of bricks and there was a huge amount of train gear from the 80s. Its all 12V stuff - with a little playing I built an oval track and was able to use 7864 Transformer with 7865 Motor unit and have it spinning around the track. Was very stoked it all worked. What I also have is two 7863 Magnetic Remote Control Unit and for the life of me I cant see what I can use it for. I don't have any split tracks or bases for this item - just two of everything - the switch that links to the Transformer and the switch unit and cables. Can anyone help me out here - Ive scoured the web and haven't found anything, but having a ball with all this stuff and would like to see what these do too. I also have two manual boxes like 7863 - these ones just don't have plug holes for power. I can provide photos if it helps. I think I also got a deal for this stuff since reading on here the 12V stuff seems reasonably rare.....

It's from the Series 3 Minifigure - Rapper. Fishing rod is from the Fisherman in that set too. One I got my series collection that's where the idea for this came from.

Nope, didn't use that or even thought about it....... don't care tooooo much as it was a quick flash of a deal and I don't think I'd try and sit around awaiting another opportunity like it. I was going to buy it from TRU @ $150 so $107 is great IMHO. And if B&N send me my Clone Tank, I get my Shuttle Adventure next week, then I'm a happy little Lego fan - just need to work out where my other $350 Lego budget is going :D

More on the B&N saga if you're keeping up...... Called B&N this morning - not the number on the order [didn't work!?] but their Customer Support and cancelled my order without any problems whatsoever. So [stupidly?] trying them again with the 30% off voucher on the Clone Turbo Tank under my sons name - since they said that I'd already redeemed the 30% voucher on my cancelled order....... $100 shipped so in my mind still a great deal. Also started with one request to refund my wife's Groupon, and then will follow with mine and my son's. <rant>Being a business analyst in a web design company and building these systems for a living I must say that the B&N system has VERY bad checks with letting stacking of three Groupons and not enabling a voucher again on a cancelled order - simple stuff people.</rant>

Just went to ImagineIf in Adelaide CBD to try and negotiate a good price on a 10195 (SW Republic Dropship with AT-OT Walker) and they said they have 25% off everything today. Lego is badged as 10% off but the guy behind the desk said there's a bigger deal going! They've still got minifigures there if you're still buying them and a fair ton of kits upstairs. From what I've heard the 25% off is because they are closing down - so may be more discounts coming? The 10195 sold before I got there too - so annoyed.........(who bought it!? ?!@?) I just made $700 on eBay for my Lego budget (YAY!) and this was the "big one" to get. Also, anyone seen a Venator at a better price than TRU's $150?
