They only appear in the cities in the lower, warmer areas in Germany. Yes, they did! Back in the 80s! The ring-necken parakeet is native to Germany now. The alexandrine parakeet is not so well established yet. But I hope they will prosper!

Thank you very much! I used to feed them at my window. So I had the chance to study them! https://www.flickr.c...05/20937574024/ The neighbours don´t want me to do it anymore. I heard they live in Turish parks as well?

Thank you very much! No, these are three different creations. But I always used the same technique for the head and parts of the body. Nice bat! Unfortunately my version is fixed, no articulation.

Thank you very much! I am glad that you like it! This small bat is flying circles in front of my window in the evening.

Thank you very much! The guinea pig is on Lego Ideas now! I would be pleased if you support the project! https://ideas.lego.com/projects/115052 I can´t sell the instructions for three years because Lego has all the rights now. But... I can give you the instruction for free... I need an e-Mail address. Thank you!

Thank you very much! I had to think about it. I start vice versa. At first I decide what I would like to build. I always start with the face and reflect wich bricks could be used/combined for eyes, noses, beaks (the difficult parts). Mostly I have an idea before I touch a brick. But sometimes it is just trial and error. I build the body top-down. But that is not important. I think you should just build in one "direction". So you are always able to match the bricks you are adding right now with the shape of the parts you have already built. The sculpture growes this way smoothly in one direction. I hope I can help you a little bit.

Awesome! I like the idea to use the Crusty head and the effect of the layering clothes.

Thank you very much! Sorry, but I have no building instructions for the macaws and I am not selling any of my creations. I just build lego sculptures as a hobby. What kind of parrots do you have? I like Parrots very much! Thank you very much! I already thought about it. I will do it soon.

Hello Xynthymr, Thank you for your message. I have just recognized this post. Somehow, I can´t send you a private message here. How can I contact you? Perhaps you could contact me on www.1000steine.de, too.

Thank you very much for your comments! I did not expect the rat to be so popular. And I am especially happy to be on the front page!
