Help needed for a lego Star Wars display 7676
lightningpaul replied to lightningpaul's topic in LEGO Star Wars
Hi, This is a pic of the underside of the display. The battery compartment should be at the bottom right. Paul -
Hi, I bought an incomplete lego display 7676 Republic Attack gunship. The lego part is okay but the electronics part is missing the battery compartment and I have 3 red/black small cables probably going to the compartment. Can somebody help me to get it working again. Questions: What batteries and how much and how are these cables connected to the compartment. Thnxs. Paul

I love soccer but Star Wars is Star Wars. I hated it also when they made action figs of Lucas. You dont put Legolas in an X-wing also.

In which country is Lego the cheapest....
lightningpaul replied to lightningpaul's topic in Community
I really dont understand this tax thing. Is any state allowed to create his own tax? Even citys? We have different government taxes for different items like alcohol or tobacco or food or petrol but its the same all around the country. Yep, I know. Holland is small and probably fits in every moderate city in the states. I also was astonished/surprised off the diference in postage in the US buying ebay things. -

In which country is Lego the cheapest....

Pffffff.... so there is not 1 answer but many answers. Taxes and shipment costs are always killing. Brickshop is a good place to buy here in Holland but sometimes ToysXL has actions like buying 3 lego boxes and get the cheapest free. Not allowed to buy 3 the same sets. -
I agree. Minifigs are expensive if you want them later to complete your set. The box or instructions are not that important.

I will post some pics soon. Only Star Wars Iam afraid. -
Iam just wondering what price differences there are around the world. Take the new UCS Slave1 set 75060. Here in Holland it costs 179.95 euro. 1 euro = 1.10 USD/1.38 CAD/0.73 GBP/1.42 AUD Help me.....lol.

My last purchase, well I traded it with some very rare star wars gold cards, was the sandcrawler 75059. Cant wait to built it.

It looks like a great set. I have several UCS and my favorite is the X-wing. But, no problem, have to save money and talk to my wife before I can buy it.

I just bought 1 on a ebay-like-dutch website, having 1 already but it was to cheap to let go. The older 1 is better, IMHO, then the later release. Which 1 did you buy?

Great. Star Wars my favorite lego sets. Show us your constructions.

Yes. No mini figs, no hinges no moving parts. How can I find my profile. Pushed a lot of buttons, lol. -
Hello Jedi's. Sith Lords and other creatures......., A long, long time ago I started playing with Lego. Hummmmmm it was in the 70's. Knowing what I know now it was fun but what a Lego progression during all these years. In the late 80's it was not done for an adult to play with Lego so it was better to have some kids as an excuse, lol. Today we are free to play regardless of age. So I play with my Lego. The title suggests already..... I collect Star Wars Lego. Luckely Iam retired.. well that was also obvious from my lego history. Lego is an expensive hobby so I buy incomplete sets, Make it complete and keep what I dont have and sell what I already have. It keeps the wife happy and it keeps me alive this way. Still have to find my way through this forum. Getting familiar with topics and members. Cant even find, yet, to add a avatar. Hoping for a lot of fun with you all, and May the Force be with you... Paul
