The High Council has my Blade. I assume that sin since I have joined Kaliphlin I am allowed to declare?

Kaliphlin has my Blade. I know, I don't look very impressive. Let's just say I'm having some technical difficulties.... I'll figure it out soon. My character goes by the same name as myself, and I'll get a Pic of him as soon as I post my Intro, or when I get my BL order. In any case... I assume I go to the recent challenge thread, or whatever you call them here, to declare myself in the civil war? I guess since I wasn't able to make an account in time to pre-register then there's no hurry... I hope the Council Faction isn't over-crowded...
