Ha! I was right about jluck! Anyways, I tried to investigate the now deceased MacK last night and was unsuccessful. I figure the scum blocked me, figuring I would be protected. Interestingly enough it seems like there are two killing roles in play. Reviewing Tariq's posts from yesterday may help us find another Ultimatio. Umbra, whom did you track last night and who did they target?

If you had bothered to read my post directly above yours, you would see there should have been another line in there. I didn't say it makes sense he's a tracker- it makes sense that if he is the town tracker, it explains why he was one of the first votes in you following my claim. *on you. Darn typos.

I don't think town would have a cop and rolecop. Maybe in a larger game (26+ players) but not here. jluck was as good as anyone else for a Night 1 target, with the added bonus that I could PM him if he turned up as an exclusively pro-town role. Cop, vigilante, doctor, etc. were examples of such exclusively pro-town roles as I know there are some players here who have not participated in these games much or at all before. Re: Umbra's claim That makes sense, you would have known jluck was scum as soon as I revealed him as a tracker, if you are indeed telling the truth. Unfortunately that means my reasoning was flawed, but simply got lucky in choosing the right tracker to vote off. I doubt you are scum trying to put the final nail in jluck's coffin, because if he flips town (I'm very sure he won't though) you would next in the line of fire. One thing I know for sure: there would not be two trackers on the same team, no questions asked. I'm not sure a 1:1 PR trade would be beneficial for the Ultimatio.

The odds are very very very small that we are both town. Rolecop and tracker in this game simply doesn't make sense. I spent several hours thinking over this after I recieved my result, and the most likely explanation is that Frank is scum. What would the purpose of giving him another night to do his scummy deeds? Everyone knows he's a tracker, he even confirmed it himself! I'd even go so far as to say at least one or two of the people who don't want to lynch Frank today (MT, MacK, Actor, and Tariq) are scum, since they know we only need 3 dissenters to avoid another lynch. Darn typos. The bane of my existence. It should be received. I before E except after C!!

Star Wars ideas sets are out. Johnny Five could go in the same vein as WALL-E, but I don't think there is enough of a fanbase. Train Station and particle accelerator are too big. If we ever get a Gingerbread house, it'll be through the Winter Village line. Fishing House is possible, but I don't see it happening. Come on TLG, it's time to finally greenlight a JP project!

Frank is simply trying to buy time. This is such a small game that one extra day is all the scum needs. For a shot at victory, we need to lynch him today.

That's a really cool ship- the color scheme is beyond awesome. If you want to stay completely accurate to the source material, I might lengthen the front by a few studs.

I've made it very clear I don't think that there would be both a tracker and rolecop for town. Plus, tracker can act as a soft rolecop, which makes sense for a small scum team to have.

Frank already answered this, but no, there was no claiming in PM. I am town and I am telling the truth. As I said earlier, as I magically know what jluck's role is, you know I am at least a rolecop, and if I were scum and he was town I would have kept that information secret and killed him tonight. However, if I am town and he is scum (which I believe is the most likely explanation) everything makes sense. Lynch Frank today, and if he flips town lynch me tomorrow. I'm not worried though, I'm 99% sure he is the scum tracker. A good bit of my argument relies on him being scum because I'm town and the town wouldn't have both a tracker and a rolecop in such a small game. My thoughts exactly. Roles should have been assigned randomly, so it's very possible to have multiple PR's in one family. Hey, the Johnsons do!

If I were scum, why would I put my life on the line to try and get jluck lynched? If I was lying, and he turned up town after we lynched him, everyone would go after me. Surely I would keep the tracker information to myself and just have my buddies kill him at night? As it goes, I'm willing to put my life on the line to catch the Ultimatios, and thus I'm town.

Let's get things rolling, shall we? I am a rolecop for the mafia and last night I checked out Frank Johnson (jluck). He was revealed to me to be a tracker, alignment unknown. I believe he is aligned with the Ultimatio, for several reasons. 1) I highly doubt the town (mafia in this case, forgive me if I refer to them by traditional names for clarity) would have both a rolecop and a tracker on their side in a game of only 11 players. I know I'm town, so that leaves jluck as scum. 2) A tracker can act as essentially a soft rolecop, and would make sense for the scum to have. It's not uncommon either (two of the last three games have used a scum tracker - my own SHIELD vs. HYDRA and JJP's the Second Crash) 3) I'm not scum- a full on scum rolecop would be way OP for a game this size, as they also know alignments. 4) The scum killed KotZ last night. You know who was the only vote for him yesterday? jluck. Perchance, as they would know KotZ is a fairly experienced player, and the scum wanted to try and get him lynched on Day 1. When that didn't work, they killed him. Not a strong case, but something to consider none the less. 5) Why did I check out jluck, of all people? He is the only one I can PM, and if he turned up as an exclusively pro-town role (ie vigilante, cop, etc.) we could start to form a town block. You may wonder why I am claiming so early. In a game with only 11 (10 now) time is of the essence. With the ludicrously high vote requirement our beloved host has set for us, we must make haste in catching the Ultimatios. Quite simply, if I wait, we could be too late. I believe I have formulated a solid case against Frank, and have tried to address any potential concerns that may arise. I'm turning off my computer for the night, and I look forward to joining the discussion in the morning. Now that I have revealed my role, if there is someone with some form of a protection action (jailkeeper, doctor, 1-shot doctor, etc.) I hope you will make the right decision in shielding me tonight so the town does not lose a powerful power role.
