    D2C sets do include new molds. The Kwik-E-Mart had the exclusive mold for Snake’s head, and the Silent Mary had exclusive molds for Captain Salazar’s hair as well as the ghost sharks.

    Thanos bigfig leaked on Mario’s Instagram. He isn’t sure if it’s real, but I’m leaning towards fake since the figure is wearing his helmet and shoulder armor that he doesn’t have in Infinity War.

    I’m perfectly fine with the plain legs as well. Leg printing shouldn’t be wasted on figures that don’t absolutely need it. Pics of her hairpiece from the back and off of her head can be found, and I really like it!

    I don’t know about you, but if I was evil and all of my plans were going as expected I would be smirking too. It’s probably just to show how confident she is- similar to how Hela has a smirk, as do several heroes when they’re rushing into battle and are confident of their victory. I like the smirk face a lot, and she’s overall one of my favorite new figures.

    It’s speculated to be a fake- if you look closely, it’s exactly the same as the Homecoming suit with new detail overlaid. The spider logo continues uninterrupted through the torso and hips, increasing the likelhihood of photoshop at work.

    Yeah, the leg print is also just the Homecoming one with a bit of new design added on top. Looks amazing though, really wish it was real.

    I realized that after reading the 2018 thread’s comments. Interesting that the Mark 43 is returning, I wonder what set it’s found in, and why a piece is missing. I doubt the Hulkbuster set has it, since Iron Man doesn’t appear to be in Wakanda and we were told that Banner is piloting the Hulkbuster. I’m so glad that’s not the new suit, and I feel a bit stupid now. The Outrider complaints are a bit stupid. They would look nicer with leg printing but it isn’t necessary. Proxima Midnight looks perfectly fine with plain legs as well since the rest of her is so amazing.

    Are they? The leg printing lines up absolutely perfectly with the torso, so I think it’s new and not the same. Edit: Just checked the full image of the figure with the mask up, and they are the same legs as before. While it’s extremely annoying to be getting the Mark 43 legs on a figure that isn’t the Mark 43 yet again, they’re better than no printed legs at all.

    I think the printing on all the figures we’ve seen are pretty good. The designs are amazing and the Outrider is the only one in need of leg printing to me. I’m sure the builds will be great, and even if everyone else doesn’t like them I probably will (for example, I loved the HYDRA fortress set from AoU even though most people didn’t). At least Iron Man has new leg printing!

    Outrider has leaked as well. Don’t love the new Iron Man, seems to be the same old helmet we’ve had for 3 years and the figure doesn’t have the sleek design and blue lights of the actual suit. Hulkbuster head is nice. The Outrider looks cool but doesn’t have 4 arms like the movie or 6 arms like Lego describes them as having, and the lack of leg print is abrupt.

    Proxima Midnight looks amazing!! I love her new hairpiece, and the new face print and torso are cool. I like the two differently colored arms and I’m okay with the lack of leg printing, as the absence of printing isn’t super abrupt like it is on characters like Black Panther and Killmonger. Hopefully she has an alternate face and a cool build or new mold for her staff!

    The rumors of a set at €485 for the theme are all over that thread. Seeing the Bat Space Shuttle connect to the Batcave has made it my number one purchase, and I’ll just slowly collect the smaller sets.

    Well, we can’t be certain the purple lined suit is in the finished movie. We all thought Hela destroyed Mjölnir in an alley, and then a month before the movie we found out the location had changed. And we’ve known since the first set images that Killmonger was holding a 1x2 trans light blue plate, since several could be seen in the accessories part of the out of box picture.

    I love the new Mighty Micros! The Spider-Man one is decent, and while it wasn’t on my list I might have to pick it up to make a custom homemade Spidey suit. Thor vs Loki is awesome with cool cars, and the figures look to be their classic versions. Star-Lord vs Nebula is also pretty cool. I love the car builds again and they’re perfect mini versions of a Necrocraft and Milano!

    The AoU and CW sets leaked in mid December, but I believe the Guardians 2 sets didn’t leak until mid January.

    From the news we have right now, it sounds like we have no sets set on the unidentified red planet. That’s an easy contender for the D2C, since it’s where the Guardians, Iron Man, Doctor Strange, Spider-Man, and maybe others are fighting Thanos. I wouldn’t object to a D2C build of the Sanctuary II or the huge circular ship in the trailer, though!

    I’m so excited for this CMF series! I love almost all of the figures. I wasn’t planning on getting Apache Chief or Hugo Strange, but now I might just go ahead and collect the entire series, which is something I’ve only done once before. I want the Joker Manor, but between the unknown Marvel D2C and rumors of a €485 Hogwarts, looks like I’m going to have to wait. I’m really happy that they actually made some of the FAF figures, since they really increase the appeal of the manor.

    Killmonger definitely doesn’t have the Tesseract, and the only falling scene in the Black Panther trailer was T’Challa and Killmonger falling into the vibranium mine during their battle. For all we know, the final movie design could be blue for the light up suit. I do like the blue but the purple is super cool as well. The Funko POP figure also has blue, and those are usually very accurate to the character’s movie appearance so maybe the Lego figure will be accurate as well. I’m warming up to the rhino! It looks pretty good although I’m still not a huge fan of the molded legs on a brick built body. The mine cart is nice, and hopefully we get a more roller coaster pieces in light bluish gray so we can extend the mine build. Did we ever find out if this rhino is a robot or an actual animal?

    The Guardians have the Milano in Infinity War. The trailer got me really excited for these sets, especially the Wakanda ones. All the new character changes look great, and I bet the figures will be the best ever for the Marvel line! Would Cap’s beard be printed on or would it be a neck attachment piece? I can’t think of any existing beard that would work.

    Okoye definitely doesn’t have feet printing. It must be an illusion or something, because Lego wouldn’t give a figure completely plain black legs except for a tiny spot of printing on the toes.

    Plain legs are a bit annoying, but I still have a couple extra Zod legs thankfully. Any suggestions on legs for Golden Jaguar or the glowing Black Panther suit? The unprinted ears are more disappointing than the unprinted legs, honestly. And we have no ear substitute for Killmonger’s suit and the glowing one. Hopefully Black Panther gets printed legs (for once) in the Infinity War set, and printed ears. It would be awesome to give Shuri a new mood for her panther gauntlets, too. I’m hoping the Royal Talon Fighter has more space than just the cockpit, since the interior looked cool in the trailer and I believe the set description mentioned a prison cell for Killmonger. I hope the prison isn’t like the one on the Ultra Stealth Raider, though. I am surprised that they didn’t use a rock piece of any kind for the vibranium.

    Does the official Black Panther image mean we can finally start a 2018 thread? The set looks cool I guess, but they did the same thing with the rhino as they did with the Luggabeast, where they combine molded legs with everything else being brick built. I’m not the biggest fan of it but it looks fun and unique. The mine build kind of sucks, I was hoping for an actual little side structure instead of a rail and a cart. It is nice to get one of the new rollercoaster pieces in such a small set, though. So glad we’re getting Okoye and the more desirable figures in the small set! The box art looks a bit weird to me though. Instead of having Killmonger and T’Challa rushing at each other or jumping off of somewhere to fight, they’re just standing there with their hands up? Edit: Second set revealed! Wow, this build is pretty amazing! I love the look of the fighter, like the rhino it’s very unique. Nakia’s disc blades are an awesome new piece! All the figures are great and Klaue looks pretty good. His sonic cannon arm is weird and I think a better solution could’ve been found, but I still like the figure. I feel like the vehicle in the movie had a lot more white on it, but the set looks awesome even in mostly black.
