    64 bit !!! LDD crashes on big models like LXF Amount of Private bytes is going over 1.8 GB. It is likely to be "Out of memoy" exception. Overall GPU memory usage for all processes at crash time is 1.1 GB from 2 GB (so GPU memory is not the issue). But if I turn down all graphic futures, the model will be loaded in to LDD without crash. I use these graphic settings:

    I think "decoration" is a two-meaning thing in LDD: 1. Surface that may have different color than main part like 59278. 2. Surface to that can be applied texture (picture). like 3626. On 59278 you can't apply a texture. 3626 can't be multicolored What do you mean by "decoration"? I just wonder, why do you need the list? What are you want to use it for? PS: your second link (http://www.brickshel...ry.cgi?f=555288) gives "This folder is not yet public."

    Unfortunately for me, all Elves sets have some pieces that are no in LDD (4.3.8/1564) I desperately want the update! Especially support for Friends minifigures, that are required for all Elves sets. After the update I promise to assemble at least couple of the sets! =)

    How to find LDD version: 1. Start LDD 2. Create new empty project. 3. Press F3 4. You will see dialog like this with full version information: Regards to "Incredibly slow". It seems either: 1. You have problems with your video card driver (OpenGL version). Solution - is to re-install the driver. But for my intel laptop video card it starts behave the same way after a while. 2. You have full capability mode on. LDD in this case will use not video card for rendering, but your CPU. In this case it will be very-slow. Solution: a. Start LDD b. Create empty model c. Ctrl+6 or Menu->Edit->Preferences d. Set the lowest slider "Compatibility model level" to the LEFT position (to minus). e. Press "OK" button f. Restart LDD At the end you will have something like this:

    If you want to upload on brickshelf several files, you may zip them and upload them as 1 file. The site will automatically unzip them. It is quite convenient when you try to upload more than 2 files.

    I discovered similar issue for last week or two. Sometimes I peek a brick, and can't release it: it moves with mouse whatever I do. Next step - is LDD crash. The only thing I can do is to save current model (ctrl+s). After that LDD successfully crashes, but model is ok. Happens about once per 5 not big models (30-150 pieces).

    Short cut for color picker tool. <B> for brush is good, but it would be very convenient to have additional shortcut to change to color picker without moving mice to menu.

    Ability to hide mainframe menu. Usually when I assemble a model, I don't use menu with "File, Edit, Toolbox, ...". For many hours 21 pixels in vertical resolution are wasted. It would be very nice to have ability to hide the menu. Show/hide menu may be controlled over system menu (upper-left corner of LDD: as an additional item to restore/move/size/minimize/maximize/close). Ability to memorize this setting over LDD sessions also would be nice (Check-box-like behavior in the system menu).
