  1. I would imagine one could come up with a pretty darn good representation using hinges in both vertical and horizontal applications.
  2. You could probably sand or snip one stud off of the current piece to make what you want.
  3. You aren't rembering Bristle Blocks instead perhaps? Remembering
  4. I hate stickers, but love printed parts.
  5. Try looking a little harder on Bricklink because all the trans yellow parts are there. Small trans yellow tiles and plates can be used to cover up larger clear plates and then you have large hatches. 1x2 trans yellow bricks can make awesome large rounded shapes for big projects.
  6. I managed to throw away the CMF witch's purple cloth skirt without realizing it at the time. Doh!!! I have recently started opening brand new smaller sets and just adding the parts to my moc parts inventory without even bothering to build the set in the first place.
  7. I am not claiming Frankenstein is a brain surgeon or anything, but I have 3 different versions of him with different long hair pieces replacing his forehead in my current monsters of rock moc I am working on. I think it is brilliant that there was an actual moster of rock in the series myself. He does look stupid good with long blond female hair though. That quote feature didn't work out for me how I expected...my response was about the stupid monster with guitar...carry on.
  8. 100 mixed minifigures for about $25 on ebay from China would be a very cheap way to get populated.
  9. Wider than a king size bed and floor to ceiling height.
  10. Just learning how to post photos here. This is the rainbow drive propulsion system. Only one photo at a time I guess I staged a photo with what I could put together today. This is my first lego project where size turned out to be a real problem. Bigger isn't always better if you don't have space for it. Lesson learned. Actually I learned a lot more lessons than just that.
  11. same here. ordered as a guest instead
  12. Just bought a complete set on Ebay for double retail. Couldn't wait.
  13. Heroin addiction might do the trick
  14. What is the worst lego injury you have seen?
  15. There's at least one USA seller out there with good prices who routinely takes a month to get their orders to me, but almost everybody else takes just a few days. International shipments take a little longer. Most sellers list their expected shipping times on their sites.
  16. I am still a relatively new AFOL. Can I assume my adult progression with Legos will also lead to blowing them up with various small explosives, shooting them into the air, and smashing them in various manners as happened when I was a child? Probably. I am discovering more and more every day that things that entertained me as a child are still entertaining to a 45 year old. At least I won't be alone. I have to admit, GREAT VIDEO!!!
