  1. I don't have a "real camera" other than what is on my phone. I'll have to see if I can borrow one. The "wheel house" has a wheel ( ) in it. I thought about doing the internal section of the salon at a later time.
  2. Re-posted higher quality pics later in the thread. About 5k in pieces. Took 2.5 months to design it, and another 1 month ish to get the parts and build it.
  3. LDD tends to hose up quite often. Some programs do it, but need to be smaller (couple hundred pieces). Or am I banished to using LDD and figuring it out, one piece at a time?
  4. Any way to put them together in LDD? They don't see to "attach".
  5. I decided that the model wasn't quite what I was hoping for.... and re did the whole thing over a month ago. Still some work to do, but, it is getting there.
  6. Thanks. What's that piece that allows the inversion at the bottom of the tail?
  7. Designing the Nautilus from 20K Leagues Under the Sea. I found a great model online where the guy used an interesting method to do the tail. But for the life of me, I cannot figure out how he did it. If you notice the bottom portion of the tail, it looks like it's inverted. Then, he rights it up, but I don't know which piece or pieces he used. Any clue?
  8. Thanks. Which panel are you referring too?
  9. Some of the red pieces on the front are available in brown, but aren't available in LDD as reddish brown. Overhauled pretty much the whole ship as a lot of pieces weren't in the color I needed, and it didn't quite fit the design of the original ship. Still working on areas to improve it. http://www.mocpages.com/moc.php/390242 Kudos to Toper Adams for the original idea.
  10. Very nice. 16k pieces? Wow.
  11. Nice. Good to see a classic from my childhood....
  12. Very excited!
