  1. My entry: OG-9 Homing Spider Droid Gunner
  2. Hello! Here's my entry for the Community Build. It's the OG-9 Homing Spider Droid, a droid walker manufactured for anti-vehicular combat by the Commerce Guild prior and during the Clone Wars. The laser cannons can rotate 360° and go up and down (not pictured). The legs have some flexibility, if you use clip/bar hinges instead of click hinges: Although the clip/bar would give more poseability, the clicks are more stable. I've built (with real bricks) one leg with click hinges and it was impossible to hinge them.() Comparison with Battle Droids: That's pretty much it. It's not as big or playable as my previous entries, but what differentiates the OG-9 from them is that it can be build. All the pieces exist in those colors, and I tried not to use very rare pieces. The LXF file is available, if you want to build one, go ahead. Brickshelf Gallery: OG-9 Homing Spider Droid LXF File: LDD OG-9 (LDD is not working normally since May 31, can only be run in offline mode) Thank for reading! Gunner
  3. Man, when you thought the geonosian zombies were creepy... "Massacre" is one of the best episodes of the show, IMO. I really liked the action of this one. The return of the Defoliator and the MTTs deploying Super Battle Droids were nice surprises. But it was also a very gruesome episode with those zombies, Talzin coming out of Dooku's chest and such. It's kinda sad that all the nightsisters died, I was rooting for them... Well, the title pretty much gave this away.
  4. Two more Led Key Lights: New Leds (pic is a little big to post here)
  5. Thanks everyone for the feedback. JackJonespaw: See here: LDD Reference (thanks to Aanchir) K-nut: You're probably right, that's because the interior determined the shape of the exterior. Oky: Thanks for the sugestion. Maybe I will submit it to Cuusoo.
  6. Did anyone else noticed Jabba's tattoo on his right arm? I think it's a nice little detail.
  7. Hello! For this Community Build I've decided to do the brightest ship in TPM. I designed it like something TLC could release as a set, similar to the ISD and the Venator. It's based on the scene where the ship escapes the Trade Federation Blockade over Naboo. Enjoy! Side view. The ship is very long, at approximately 108 studs in lenght. Note: the landing gear is not very accurate and too simple. But, since I can't determine the weight of the ship, I can't develop a more elaborated gear. Top view. I wanted to have the number of visible studs minimal, but didn't want to tile the whole top. And wanted to have a fully playable interior. Interior overview and removable "roofs". Starting at the nose we have the astromech droid holder. I know it's actually in the back of the ship, under the Throne Room, but there was no space. There's room for two droids, only. Next we have the tech stations, just with some computers and tables. A Naboo guard and a Serpentine Jar Jar stay here. Following, a weapon holder and the T-14 Hyperdrive generator. Look at the boarding ramp in the bottom right corner. The cockpit with Qui-Gon, Obi-Wan, Panaka and Captain Obvious Ric Olié. In the end, the Royal Throne Room, with Queen Amidala (Sabé), Padmé, Rabé(or Eirtaé) and another Naboo guard (next to the door). I believe that the main reason TLC never released any of the Nubian starships of PT is because of the chrome color. But I see no problem in releasing a bluish gray ship, like they did with the N-1 starfighters. Those who'd whant it chrome could do it themselves (it's expensive, I know, but the result would be awesome ). Gallery:Naboo Royal Starship (when moderated) LXF File: Naboo Royal Starship LDD Gunner
  8. Sign me up, please. Already have something in my mind.
  9. Found these on YouTube, for Toys "R" Us: 8129 AT-AT Walker: 7879 Hoth Echo Base: I like them, but Luke's green lighsaber annoys me. A lot. Gunner
  10. Thanks, everyone! I never imagined that the sails would impress so many people! I guess they earned a place in the real model, if I ever make one. Well, since there's still time to the deadline of the community build, I will probably make a Sarlacc to go along with the barge. Gunner
  11. My entry: Jabba's Sail Barge
  12. Hello folks! The Khetanna was a Ubrikkian Industries Luxury sail barge, owned by the crime lord Jabba Desilijic Tiure. He used it to travel over the Dune Sea of Tatooine, and for pleasurable expeditions to the Great Pit of Carkoon. It was generally accompanied by two skiffs, which carried the Hutt's guards.[From Wookieepedia. Read more...] Open: All of the windows can open, except two on the front, two on the sides and six on the back. The passenger deck: As LDD doesn't have Jabba's molded piece, I had to make one. It's not perfect, but I'm happy with it. Note: R2's serving tray is Brandon Griffith's design See here The kitchen, guest rooms and a glimpse at the cockpit: The upper deck, without sails: Please note that the sails were made to make the model complete, since LDD has no sails. In a real, brickbuild model the sails would be made of fabric or paper, and would have a better frame for them. The prisioners skiff: Gallery: Khetanna Gallery LXF File: Khetanna LDD Gunner

  14. Hello everyone! Happy Easter to all! I present you my Midi Fleets of the Clone Wars, specifically from the TV show. All the models are almost in scale with each other, but aren't in scale with the official Midi Imperial Star Destroyer. Visit the galleries to see more photos. Enjoy! Lets start with the Separatists. I've made the most proeminent vessels that appears in the show. The Munificent-class Star Frigate. Gallery: Munificent Frigate The Recusant-class Light Destroyer. Gallery: Recusant Light Destroyer The Providence-class Carrier/Destroyer. It was the WIP that I've posted with my Midi Venator. Gallery: Providence Destroyer Now, the Republic Vessels! The Consular-class Cruiser . Not very special, but I did it anyway. Gallery: Consular Cruiser The Pelta-class Frigate. Inspired by Legostein mini version. Gallery: Pelta Frigate The Arquitens-class Light Cruiser. Its dimensions have not been officially given, so it may be out of scale. Inspired by Legostein mini version. 15. Seriously? I assume you have never watched The Empire Strikes Back... I really like this UCS, but is far away of my price range
  16. Hello everyone. I present you my attempt in this elegant vessel. According to Wookieepedia, only six of these starfighters were produced, exclusively for Asajj Ventress. My model is based on its latest appearance, in the episode "Nightsisters" of The Clone Wars TV show. Although Wookieepedia also says that this version is the same version of the 2003's Star Wars: Clone Wars minisseries they are clearly different, I will highlight some of these differences along this topic. Enough talking, let's move onto the MOC, shall we? Reference picture: Unfortunately, this was the best picture I could find, of this version. I suggest you watch the episode, if you want. It's a very good one. MOC: Landed: Here you can see two laser cannons, while the 2003 version had 4. Side view: I've decided to keep the sail when closed, although the 2011 version's sail seems to be made of pure energy. I did it just to fill the space. Cargo compartments: To hold her lightsabers, of course! Sail opened: Sail opened(back): Top view(with Droid Tri-Fighter for comparison): You must have noted that the sail can't be folded. That would be impossible to do with bricks and plates, but I believe that might become possible if the sail was made of fabric. If TLC ever decide to do a set of the fighter they will come up with the solution. Also I couldn't achive a perfectly round cockpit. Any suggestions are welcome. 17. Thanks everyone, for the comments and critics, on which I will work. Yes, the ship is a tad fat, but I am working on it. I am improving the model (especially in the hangar bay e angles to fix), so I won't be sharing the LDD file yet. I will when my other WIP is finished, in the proper topic to be posted. As for a brickbuilt version I say it's impossible for me. The prices of LEGO where I live are almost unaffordable. For example, when I bought my 7674 V-19 Torrent I paid R$318,00 something like US$ 191,40. Bricklink is out of my reach, for now. Gunner
  18. Hello again! I present you my Venator-class Star Destroyer in Midi-Scale. It has 697 pieces and is not in scale with 8099 - Midi-Scale Imperial Star Destroyer. Critics and comments are welcome as always. Enjoy! Reference: My model: Side view: With a little stand, like 8099. Top view: Underside: There's a ship approaching (WIP). Can you guess what it is? Brickshelf: My Gallery (when public) Gunner
  19. Thanks. Unfortunately, i can't build it in real life because i don't have the necessary parts and order the pieces from bricklink would become extremely expensive for me. But i would be very happy if any member try to build it. (Some pieces would have to be changed because of the colors -mostly dark and light bluish gray, nothing crazy like swapping black for red- but most of them exist in real). I've added the LXF File in the Eurobricks MOC LXF Index Topic Gunner
  20. Here is mine Separatist Proton Cannon: Download: LXF (obs: knees fixed, thanks Superkalle) EDIT: Sorry, I forgot the link to the post: LDD MOC: Separatist Proton Cannon
  21. Hello again! This is my second LDD creation to be shared in the forum. The Proton Cannon is a Separatist weapon that played major roles in the Battle of Ryloth and in the Second Battle of Geonosis, destroying many Republic ships during the fight. Reference picture: My model: Front view: Back view: By turning the lower gear the cannon inclines backward, like the official one. Inclined: Seat: Comparison with the cannon from 7869 Battle for Geonosis set: More pictures in my brickshelf gallery (when moderated). Critics and comments are welcome. Thanks for reading! Gunner
  22. Thanks, guys! My next LDD project (WIP) is Asajj Ventress' Fanblade Starfighter, which is going to appear in the next episode of the CW show. KielDaMan, I think this shuttle can be build with real bricks, replacing the DkRed parts with White ones, ending with something like this: (very Lambda style, don't you think? )
  23. Hello! I present you the Eta-class shuttle, better known as the Jedi Ambassadorial Shuttle. This vessel made its first appearance in "Grievous Intrigue", an episode of The Clone Wars TV series. It was used by Anakin and Adi Gallia to rescue Eeth Koth from Grievous' battleship. When creating the model I wanted to do it like an actual set, so it isn't in the right scale, but I think it has about the same size as others shuttles already released by TLC. It has 1027 pieces and a lot of my favorite LEGO color: DARK RED! This is my first post in the forums. Critics and comments are very welcome. Enjoy! Reference picture: My model: Back view: Cockpit (with Anakin and Rex): The cockpit should be rounder and printed with the smile-like pattern. Landed: Yes, I used the landing gear from 8096 Palpatine's Shuttle. I think this one looks better than that weird columns that are the gear of the real ship. Interior: As a shuttle, it SHOULD have room enough for passengers, and here there is place for 8 minifigs. Compartments: Here you can see the ship full open with roof removed. There is 4 rooms: lightsaber storage, blaster storage, medic room for Eeth Koth and a place to guard Rex's helmet and pistols. Medic Room: More pictures in my brickshelf folder (when moderated): Brickshelf folder That is all for today. Thanks for reading! Gunner
