I love the design, especially the front facing little corner terraces. One of my favorite features of the pet shop is the little L shaped balcony. However, it doesn't seem like the two building are separate from each other. On the PS box, they clearly indicate that they are two separate buildings and that each individual floor is separate. It looks like each floor of this set is conjoined, which might influence the playability. Seeing as PR got a special printed piece, I think there is a chance the window piece will be printed. -
I really enjoyed the Lake-Town Chase. It might be a little small for the price, but the figures in the set are really great. I think the two sets next to each other are great. And as you said for the Lonely Mountain, there is probably a chance that it will be cheaper, as the price to piece ratio is really uneven, even with Smaug.

I'd prefer we didn't get multiple modulars, because my wallet can only take so much. I would like to see smaller modular sets. Like if they split up PS into two individual sets. It'd also help to populate my town quickly. -
