Thanks! I took parts from the official LEGO (the hair of Saruman for the beard of Thror, Beorns hair for the bear, a combination of Gimli and Gloin for Thrain) and than "melted" them together using aceton. I also melted some abs in aceton so i could use it to fill the little holes.

Hi I since we are missing some characters, I made them myself. most of them are not yet finished. Tips and comments are more than welcome. Beorn and his bearform. Gimli and his father (during the Counsel of Elrond). Thror and Thrain Galadriel with a crown and girly hair. Thranduil with a silver crown.

The parts in Smaug: Tail: 3 body: 1 + 6 fangs + 6 bricks Legs: 2 Wings: 2 ( = 1 for each wing) and 12 for his claws neck: 1 head: 2 + flame 1 Total: 36 (with the flame)

After seeing the EE, I would love to make my own Thrain, but i can't decide what hairpiece i should use. SPOILER: Bifurs (got my dwarves wrong) hair is perfect for Dol Guldur, but what hair do I best use for the prologue? Btw I've made Thror and he really looks great. I shall post a picture of him, but perhaps this is not the right topic to do so.

Here is Orcrist. It is really small so it is hard to take a picture. And this is Galadriel from the WKB, but I modified her hair. (I'm rather proud of this one )

Finely time to post Thranduil with his own sword (still needs some work).
