Damn, I actually had another LEGO dream last night. But I forgot it after getting so excited about the Series 7 minifigure review. I'll try and "re-dream" it again tonight.

I certainly would not mind giving that kid ALL of my lunch for some LEGO. It like a drug-deal on the playground.

Wow! Spectacular review once again WhiteFang. One question, did the computer programmer's laptop come in the package opened or closed? When I say open and closed I mean the lid of the laptop. I want to know what to feel for in the package, even though I can feel the cup I need something to backup my feeling instincts.

Thanks for the review! I've always wondered what the Education sets looked like. But do you have to be a teacher/educator to purchase this set? And taking a quick look at the site, they do offer some pretty awesome deals on bulk parts such as plates that are on clearance for around $5.

I guarantee you, you will enjoy the build. It's a fun one. And yes, people took notice on how the prices skyrocketed on the CC and GG so more and more people bought the FB just for investment purposes. But IMO, I think there are TOO many MISB FB's out there that it will only go up to about $200-250 in the future.

If only the Vancouver LEGO store would be open by then. I have never bought an actual PAB cup, but I did receive a small one free of charge for making a purchase of $75 and more. Unfortunately, I had a friend help me purchase the set and she did not know how to fill a PAB cup correctly so she just threw in some random pieces leaving in a whole lot of space.

Thanks for the link. But I am totally stuck on how to download the image. I click on the photo and it enlarges it. I right click but see no other option other than to 'save link as' I want to save image not link. I am on a Windows PC if that helps.

The normal version will have a softback cover while the deluxe version has a hardback cover.

I ordered the FB last week and arrived on Monday. I just finished building it today and I've got to say I LOVE IT. Now i'm hooked and I am hungry for more. Next modular is the GE.

I've had numerous dreams about LEGO before but they are all fuzzy except for this one. One night, I dreamt that I had an entered a contest for unlimited shopping spree at the LEGO store. I won and therefor started my "spree" the first place I went to is the large $200+ sets and grabbed every single one off the shelf, then I grabbed all the other sets on my 'want' list. When my shopping spree was finished the LEGO employees packed everything up in a big truck and sent it to my home. When the delivery trucked dropped off all my sets that I just won, I instantly opened up the Death Star, just when I was about to open the first LEGO baggy, I woke up. So yea, never got to finish my dream. By the way, has anyone ever tried to "re-dream" a specific dream? And has it worked?

Once the price goes up, it won't go down again. That is what I think.

LEGO is really going overboard with promoting these new LEGO brick separators. They even include one in the new LEGO City Police chase game. Sooner or later,EVERY LEGO set will include one.

Apparently some LEGO stores already have these on the shelves ready for sale. But I'm guessing most stores already got their shipments in and waiting to put them out on March 1st. I believe the only TRU that carries Modulars and other LEGO exclusives is the TRU in Times Square NY. However, I did find a very beat up Tower Bridge at my local TRU at MSRP. I guess someone ordered it online and returned it.

I've always wanted a LEGO articulated bus. We have plenty of those buses in my city. Too bad its not an official set.

^While the definition of D2C is correct, I don't think the second part is exactly true. Toys R Us, Amazon, and other retailers have started stocking and selling D2C sets such as the Super Star Destroyer, USC Death Star, Modulars, Medieval Market Village and many others.
