  1. I did a quick Google search and found this link: http://archives.indylug.org/blogs/jkyle/archive/2007/06/18/NMRA-2007-Prep.aspx It is a little complicated, but if you have the skill, time and pieces you may want to give this a shot.
  2. Space Police III, Kingdoms, Modular Buildings (Cafe Corner, Green Grocer, Market Street), LEGO Exclusives such as the Town Plan, Imperial Flagship, Grand Carousel... etc. There are many more that I could not think of right now. Oh well, at least I have sets that are current.
  3. Welcome to Eurobricks! Glad you decided to join the forums!
  4. Welcome to Eurobricks!
  5. For curved track you could use these: Bricklink Catalog Entry OR Bricklink Catalog Entry OR Bricklink Catalog Entry -Brandon
  6. Welcome to Eurobricks! I am from Canada too and I know how you feel about the over-priced sets. I missed out on the Cafe Corner, Market Street, and Green Grocer, but I am planning to buy my very first Modular which is the Fire Brigade. I am planning to turn my garage into a LEGO room .If you are looking for deals, I really reccommend you visit Toys N Bricks, it is a wonderful site mostly dedicated to deals on LEGO in Canada, US, Europe and Asia. While you're there, make sure to join the forums because you might find deals you won't see on the front page! Hope this helps. *WARNING* Once you visit TNB, you will have an empty wallet* . -Brandon
  7. Sorry to bring up a somewhat old thread, but has any Canadians seen these at the LEGO Store? How much were they, and when do they usually put them out? Thanks in advance!
  8. Thanks! I,m going to give them a call.
  9. Anyone have the product code for Series 6 minifgures that is located on your Walmart receipt?
  10. Anyone here a Vancouver Canucks fan?
  11. From Toys N Bricks: http://www.toysnbricks.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=52&t=4881 Click on image to enlarge.
  12. I called my local store other day and they were all out of stock. But Toys N Bricks members have reported seeing them pop up mid-January, here is the thread for TNB if you want some more information: http://www.toysnbricks.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=36&t=4944
  13. I visited Walmart on Sunday and they had some of the Green box Ninjago stuff along with the booster packs, the new 2012 police and fire sets, and almost the whole LEGO friends theme (except for the large house).
  14. The Chapters I visit always puts the minifigures in a plastic tube container. I got most of the series 2 minifigures at LD. There is no where to sit, but no one is there to bother you.
  15. Chapters is the place to go if you want to sit down and relax while feeling the packets.
  16. As others stated above, wait for the iPad 3 to come out, then the prices for the iPad 2 will drop. Or you can get a refurbished iPad for a couple hundred bucks cheaper than a new one. Just my 2 cents.
  17. I'm drooling right now.
  18. My figures arrived today! Thank you to CopMike and al the staff on Eurobricks for hosting this contest. Special thank you to Cad Bane for trading with me! My mystery figure is not Dengar but
  19. The buffer is really cool, thanks for sharing. I've been wanting a buffer for my train for quite a while now, but didn't have the time to design one.
  20. I didn't notice the sneak peak picture until you guys mentioned it. CopMike is so lucky to be able to get all these minifigs in bulk. Even if he did buy them on BL, it would be about $20 each, so that is A LOT of money considering you have to buy 24 of them.
  21. Wow a minifig from a $400 set? That is crazy! I wonder how many SSD sets he had to buy to acquire all those mystery minifigures. Are you sure all prize D myster figs are the same?
  22. I am 'brankell5566' on the Vlc forums And the location will definatley be at Oakridge, the LEGO store is listed in the directory on their website.
  23. Yes, very, very excited when I first saw the news. I've been wanting one here for quite some time now. Now I don't have to drive all the way to Bellevue, Seattle. I cannot wait until they announce the location of the store. Will definitely go early in the morning and get the free minifigure set.
  24. Thanks for the laugh.
  25. I agree, the new city sets are priced fairly, the Dino sets are just way overpriced and last but not least, the Kingdoms Joust, wonderful looking set with a beautiful price-point, especially in the US.
