Marvel Superheroes 2015 Rumors & Discussion
mattdev25 replied to CorneliusMurdock's topic in LEGO Licensed
Black Panther is going to have a role in Cap Civil War, so that's how we'll get our BP. I think Cap will get sets and not Sorcerer Supreme because Stephen isn't really a huge hero with kids, and with Civil War, you can maximize hero minifigs. -
Red Hood? No. But Deathstroke? Possibly....

There are already too many characters to add as it is, so I really don't think the Maximoffs are getting civilian outfits. We'll see though... -
Next wave is Batman v. Superman: DoJ sets. Maybe in the 2017 wave...

I'm super pumped for Cyborg, Captain Cold, and Green Arrow!!! Surprised we still haven't gotten a Solomon Grundy...

I think that we will get these minifigures: -Cap with Flash helmet -Cap without his helmet -Thor Thor sleeveless and cape less -Iron Man Mark XLIII -Tony Stark -Hawkeye -Hawkeye new suit -Black Widow -Hulk -Bruce Banner -Quicksilver -Scarlet Witch -Vision -Ultron Drones (6-11) -Ultron Mark II -Ultron Mark III -Ultron Mark IV -Baron von Strucker -Ulysses Klaw (We may also get a Mark XLIV Iron Man piloting the Hulkbuster suit. From what I could tell from the trailer, the armor looked different piloting the Hulkbuster suit than the XLIII. Maybe there is a suit only for piloting the Hulkbuster? Correct me if I'm wrong, though.) -
I personally only like the angry expression, not the smirking, confident face. It doesn't really fit Bats if you're using him as a DC minifig and not a LEGO Movie fig...

I am in love with the Cyborg minifig! And GL too! Just...everything!

Well, we got the official set pics MUCH earlier than expected thanks to you, so I guess we shouldn't be complaining that 1 set hasn't been shown off yet.

Hi! If you guys have seen me on the DC Forum, then you know me already. For those of you who don't I'm new here, but I read this forum before, so I know what's going on. Ok-I have no news unlike DC but I wanted to state my opinion what these sets should be (I don't know anything about the movie!): $12.99: Small battle pack set, includes a small, wrecked portion of a building. Includes Hawkeye, Scarlet Witch, and a Hydra henchman. Small motorcycle for the henchman. Based on the set pics we've seen with a ruined street in the back round and SW and Hawkeye together. $19.99: Moderate sized set. Includes Cap, Thor, and 2 Ultron robots. Cap and Thor in their new suits. Cap is his masked variant. Thor is his un-helmeted variant. Cap has a larger, brick-built motorcycle while the 2 Ultron bots have a small attack jet in Ultron's colors, with a silver and red techno vibe. $34.99: Another moderate sized set, slightly larger than the previous set. Includes Mark 43 Iron Man Armor with separate Tony Stark Hairpiece, Black Widow, Quicksilver, and Ultron in his Ultron 4 variant. Black Widow flies a smaller version of the Quinjet, while Ultron has a medium sized hovercraft. $59.99: A medium sized set. Includes Cap, Mark 43 Iron Man with separate Tony Stark hair piece, a Hulk macrofigure, Hawkeye, and War Machine. Cap is his unmasked variant. Iron Man is his battle damaged variant. Hawkeye is his new suit (from the set pics) variant. Hawkeye flies a large assault aircraft with room for 1 other Avenger, while a brick built Hulkbuster suit takes on the Hulk. Iron Man pilots the HB suit. $99.99: A large sized set. Includes Thor, Vision, Scarlet Witch, Baron von Strucker, Ultron, Civilian, and an Ultron bot. Thor is his helmeted variant. Ultron is his final version variant. Strucker has a more accurate version of Loki's staff. This set has Avengers Tower, same concept as Arkham or the DBC, with the back being open. Has a Hall of Armor, Meeting Room, Party Room, Training Room, and Lobby. Strucker pilots a sleek Hydra jet similar in design to the Blackbird. Thor's helmet is moulded on to his hair, though he does come with a separate hairpiece without the helmet. His helmeted hairpiece was absent in the other set he appears in. $159.99: This is a LEGO Store and LEGO Store Online exclusive set. It is Baron von Strucker's lair. It includes Baron von Strucker in a different uniform, Quicksilver in normal clothing, Scarlet Witch in normal clothing, 5 Hydra henchmen, each with unique face, torso, and leg printing, Captain America in his Stealth outfit (costume from the Winter Soldier), and Black Widow. It includes two prison cells, each holding a Maximoff twin. The glass falls down like Loki's cell from 2012. Quicksilver's cell has only a sticker on the exterior of the glass, being a series of black streaks to represent burnt rubber from his shoes as he runs up the glass. Scarlet Witch's cell includes 3 brown studs (the blocks she controls in the end credit scene of CA2) and a sticker on the exterior of the glass, which is a crack in the glass. In the middle of the lair, there is a Research and Development section where Loki's staff is placed. A bunch of computers are around the staff. Then there is the third portion of the lair, being the largest, and makes up most of the build. It includes quarters for all the henchmen, a training arena, 3 prison cells, with metal bars instead of glass (meant to hold Cap, Widow, and one more Avenger), and a weapons storage compartment, containing 2 pistols, 4 machine guns, 1 bow and arrow (the new type used for Hawkeye and Green Arrow), and 2 sticks of dynamite. -
I got it from this European website, I tried to send the link to it but the comment was immediately flagged and deleted by the website, so obviously they don't want people to see this news. I think it was like a European exclusive online toy catalog or something... Like there was a member on here that worked for the site and I guess he saw the link and reported it or something...I'll try again but I don't know if it will work... It didn't work! I'm really sorry guys, I really wanted everyone to see this...I don't want to try again for fear that I might be banned or something, I don't know since I'm brand new here But I promise the news I bring here is nothing but the truth, I would never pull a prank on you guys! I don't want to gain a bad reputation on my fourth post..

Hey guys, I'm new on the block, but I've been reading this forum for at least a week now, so I know what's going on. First of all, I want to say that I am really impressed with these sets! They look very diverse with a plethora of new characters. But here's the juicy stuff-the prices have been announced! For 76028 Darkseid Invasion, the price is $59.99. For 76025 Green Lantern vs. Sinestro, the price is $19.99. For 76026 Gorilla Grodd Goes Bananas, the price is $39.99. For 76027 Black Manta Deep Sea Strike, the price is the same as 76026. And 76029 Braniac Attack is $24.99. Personally, I think that Braniac Attack is a little high but that's just me...
