    some of the "earmuffs" could have connection points for hinges? that goes two ways. most of the protectors' masks' sides are open, diminishing the chance of hinges.

    what are you talking about? the galidor faces were masterpieces in a world of hyper-realistic lego. if the show had been a bit longer, lego would have evolved into a new age of hyoer realism

    I would advise not buying knockoffs.. While they may have appealing parts, they're probably made with extremely cheap plastic.

    I wish people would keep the omega tahu/hype jokes to themselves. The TTV boards are worse, which is a real shame because there's an awesome community there.. Anyway, I think the skull spiders might be a Rahi hivemind controlled by the main villain. I just can't see LOSS being the almighty villain..

    I really would want the 2006-2007 characters to make a comeback.. More importantly, a 6-8 legged Fenrakk would be awesome.

    I disagree. 2005 was the year everything started getting extremely dark. There was betrayal all 'round, all of the matoran of Metru Nui were captured, the Toa were mutated and fighting giant spiders.

    Yes, I agree- The mindset of some people, though, is that CCBS is a terrible building system and anything that uses it is terrible. I don't really mind CCBS, honestly.

    Ah, that's inevitable. The "oh-wunners" think that if it isn't from 01-03, it's trash.

    Oh, sorry. There's just been so many posts recently I haven't been able to skim through them all. And I'd say that if they're using the skull spider body as a prototype mask, then chances are they will be krana-ish.

    I'd also like to point out that the mask in the Skull Krata (early LoSS prototype) is a gold rendition of the skull spider body.

    Personally, I think we're getting a reboot. The top of the new mask appears to be sculpted rather like Kini Nui, plus the setting on the display stand image is uncannily like it. I'd say we're getting a reboot in Mata Nui again, but this is pure speculation.

    Is LoSS going to have a sort of crawling feature like Pewku? Because that would be awesome.

    I always pronounced it "Lay-wa". Still, that narrator is epic even if he mispronounces the names.

    If they don't change LoSS's face printing, it's going to be hard to take him seriously.
