Just got Gali! I'm really happy with the set and the only things that truly bother me are the shoulder pads, the (way too) heavy weapon, and the exposed balljoints (which aren't that bad)

PoF's arms aren't that bad aesthetically in my opinion, but they CRIPPLE the articulation.

The heads look like something I'd see on a HF helmet.. Still, I like the design of them.

Looking at Onua's Headpiece (not sure if this has been pointed out) That yellow brainstalk is awfully familiar. It seems to look exactly like a metru brainstalk...

I think LEGO wants to keep the gear functions Bio exclusive. The reason being that gear functions were a big part of what made Bionicle sell, so it'd make sense that, to boost bio's sales in its early years, they'd want to keep them exclusive.

I do hope it isn't a continuation. I'd rather see a fresh, new story with the old characters than having it limited to depend on past lore. Of course, I never followed the 2010 serials in any great detail.

Now that I look at it again, it could be one of those pins where one side is the circle pin and the other is an axle..

Also, I think Kopaka's massive swords (the two joined together) are a spinning blade. There's a technic piece connecting them both together, which connects by a CIRCULAR pin to the hand. (Sorry, unfamiliar with part names)

The connection for the lavaboard is a bit odd. It looks like it's just one rod at the bottom.

I noticed something on the website teaser image. There's a vaguely keyhole-shaped opening on the wall that seems to be emitting the energy around the mask. Not sure if this has been pointed out, though.

i've heard this again and again.. the bags aren't exactly that friendly to the environment either, because most people just toss them in the trash bin anyway.

my theory about the hinges is that the gold kanohi and the mask of creation slips onto ONLY the toa's masks, but their original masks have axle connections.
