  1. As far as I can tell, that is a new hairpiece. It does look a lot like part# 90396, but the bottom of Wonder Woman's looks more wavy. About time Wonder Woman got some arm-printing, though I wonder why they only did her bracelets and not that arm band she has. Anyway, I can't wait to see what set she'll be exclusive too . It's definitely not the Starlet's hair, unless there's another CMF Starlet I don't know about.
  2. Of course they will be, the fight between the two is bound to be the highlight of the movie - no way we won't get a set based around it. I would not be surprised if the set based on that fight scene is the most expensive/flagship set of the wave tbh. It makes sense for Lego to capitalize on the fight scene between Batman and Superman as much as possible.
  3. Three sets sounds way too few, I'd guess 5-6 based on the number of sets we saw for AoU last year. Four at the very least. No such thing as too much Batman in DC's mind. The Batwing will appear in the movie, but not necessarily in Lego form. Most of us are assuming there will be one because Lego has a thing for Bat-vehicles.
  4. I would definitely like to see another Batcave, especially if the movie version is as impressive as its made out to be.
  5. I do look like the 3-long fins much better. EW released some BvS pictures. I really hope Lego doesn't use that outfit on Lex Luthor for his minifigure .
  6. For anyone disappointed with the front wheels of the BvS batmobile (basically everyone), I might have a solution: It would only require 6 extra parts, all which I am pretty sure exist in the right colors and are easily available, and should still allow the wheels to turn without falling off. Thoughts?
  7. His belt in the movie looks to be dull gold, so I guess either the concpet art must have had it being yellow or it actually is yellow and the just looks dull gold in the movie. I do wonder how Lego is going to do those boots on Wonder Woman justice.
  8. Two unnamed characters and an additional vehicle.
  9. Superman and Batman both appear to have the same faces, I don't see why Lex Luthor and Wonder Woman would be any different.
  10. Then we'd all have a good laugh, a good cry, or both.
  11. I can't see Lego revealing a set for Suicide Squad this early, before any BvS sets, so I think it's safe to say this is definitely a Batman v Superman set. The only way I see the other two figures being Joker and Harley and the other vehicle being Joker's car is if the scene that was shot about a month ago is secretly for BvS and not for SS, which doesn't seem likely. Also, the $30 price point seems a bit low for that to happen. I would really like to have Joker's car in Lego form though. I really hope that if Lego doesn't end up doing Suicide Squad sets they'll give us a car in the Speed Champions theme (assuming that's not discontinued) that closely resembles it.
  12. I'm assuming it opens on hinges since the article did say the doors opened. That pentagon shaped piece is indeed a new piece. I wouldn't get your hopes up about seeing the rest of the set at SDCC. The reason they may not have revealed the whole set could be that the rest of the set contains spoilers in which case we may be waiting until release to see them.
  13. Good point, although maybe Batman will be enough. If it does include another main character, my guesses are that's it someone who hasn't been confirmed yet (why else keep the rest of the set under wraps so to speak). I'm thinking
  14. Wait, isn't the Batarang in this set silver? I wouldn't count on Lex or Superman being in this set, otherwise they would have shown them. It's probably something DC wants to keep under wraps until the movie arrives. (Speculation, maybe spoilers) We'll probably see the rest of the Batmobile at SDCC next week; as far as the unknown vehicle and characters, we might be waiting a few months. I do really want to get a back view of the Batmobile, the rest looks fine to me. It is admittedly inaccurate in quite a few places but for the scale it's acceptable IMO. I also really hope Lego will display the BvS Superman at SDCC alongside Batman and the Batmobile.
  15. The new B>S Batmobile looks great, much better than I thought Lego would do at that scale. I wonder what the additional vehicle and characters are. Now, does anyone know how I could get my hands on a Lego Infiniti G35 Coupe with the Vaydor G35 bodykit in bright pink and gold, or am I just going to have to hold out hope for Suicide(less) Squad sets?
  16. I like the sound of a Titans set and it makes alot of sense with TTG still on the air even if Speedy doesn't have a large role on there. Raven and Roy (and Kid Flash because I can hope) would be great additions to this theme.
  17. That is a pretty great figure. I wonder how soon until we get our first glimpse of the 2015 set that'll be displayed there (assuming the last 2 years are anything to go by). In the past, its usually been the weekend before, but none of the exclusives were revelaed as early in the past as they have been this year.
  18. That's fantastic! No new exclusive characters or builds that I would have wanted but never could have gotten.
  19. YYYEEEEESSSSSSSS!!!!! RAVEN IS NOT AN SDCC EXCULISVE!!!! :excited: I'm trying to stay positive because I wanted Arsenal too.
  20. I would not be surprised if we got Suicide Squad movie based sets, at least not as surprised as I would be by Arrow or Flash based sets. As great as those shows are (Flash definitly is, never got into Arrow) and as faithful as their fan bases may be, they just don't have a large enough audience or the right target audeince for Lego to produce sets based on them. Suicide Squad should have a large enough audience, so if it gets a PG-13 rating or DC thinks it will anyway, then it would be an ideal canidate for sets. Plus, Suicide Squad will have Joker, Harely Quinn, and Batman, all of whom are much better known to the general population than anyone in Flash or Arrow. About the best chance Arrow and the Flash have of getting sets, Imo, is if some of their projects on Ideas start getting votes in the thousands - that would tell Lego that there are enough fans of Lego and these shows out there to make sets based on them.
  21. Welcome to the forums. Whether or not we will get Arrow and Flash sets has been brought up repeatedly on these forums. I personally don't think the SDCC exculsive Arsenal is any indication that we'll be seeing any sets based on the shows, nor do I think the shows will have any sets based on them with the amount of movies coming out that DC will want the sets to tie into.
  22. I definitely expect if they go that route with the Batwing set that there will be more to it than just an exploding truck. It'll probably depend on how exciting and important that scene turns out being. I think though that as long as the set features Batman, it can be as boring as a box of nothing.
  23. I would be shocked if we didn't see those two. I really think the Batwing will be in a $40-50 set with (spoilers if you haven't seen the trailer, and if you haven't, I admire your willpower) I have no idea how they'd work the Batmobile into a set. I am definitly counting on some new molds for the cockpit at least, no way they could do an accurate representation without them.
  24. Yes. I also prefer that Lego Batman to any of the newer ones, although the New 52 version with boots is, surprisingly, a rather close second.
