Decals are no good, customs are no good, only real figs count. and we'd need the hair/beard piece anyways.

I dont think thats valid at all. Just cause he voiced the lego movie does not mean hees the poster boy for lego. I dont think the contract has expired at all. These kinds of contracts has to acccount for possible delays, they happen alot in the industry. No company want to spend time and resources on something they woudn't be able to sell at all, just cause a movie was delayed a year.

1 thats the extendded editions. 2 the lack of source material is what affected the lego fig i would believe. that said there is really only 1 inaccuracy thats not simly based on legos style.

they wont use bearstplates. also the other dward beard work aswell. but i really hope they would use dwalins ebard cause that is the only one that shows off torso print. wich is essential.

But to an extend smaug pays for itself. you pay 40$ for smaug alone when you buy the full set.
