  1. Considering the Prelim Catalog is apparently already released (according to the Bionicle folks), then surely we should be seeing prelim pictures of the Superheroes themes by now?
  2. https://jeffreyklyles.files.wordpress.com/2014/10/lego_batman_3_1966.jpg Does anyone know whether we're likely to get these two minifigures in the 66 Batcave? Or will we probably get the normal Batman cowl etc just recoloured like the SDCC 66 Batmobile?
  3. Likelihood is we won't get Suicide Squad based sets, but we will get Lego DC sets containing important characters that kids might want as minifigures e.g Joker, Harley Quinn, Deadshot, Killer Croc. We might even be lucky and get comic book and Lego Batman 3 versions of the characters (e.g. Big-Fig Killer Croc) rather than some of the 'less-than-desirable' gritty versions from the movie.
  4. I was also wondering this. I guessed that maybe you could use the black head so that the suit can be placed on display, and they only included the Hank Pym head in case the character ended up suiting up in the movie. But further clarification would be great if anyone knows?
  5. Has anyone tried using Sheldon Cooper's torso (from The Big Bang Theory set) to create a decent Jay Garrick figure? I've been trying to get my hands on the set so I can give it a go myself, but no luck so far.
  6. I was about to suggest the band KoRn but then I remembered they were guests on a South Park episode which was parodying Scooby-Doo.
  7. That's a very good point. Hopefully they carry on this Racers sub-theme so that in the Summer Wave and the 2017 Waves they'll still be going and we can get more variants there. I loved Oky's Lego Racers Ideas sets and I'm glad it's finally happening. But all in all I'm just sat here waiting to get a Guy Gardner minifigure and I'm hoping I don't have to wait until 2020 for it.
  8. Has it been officially confirmed that we are getting another Hulk Minifigure polybag released later this year based on his appearance in AoU?
  9. Has anyone managed to find this set anywhere in the UK other than official Lego stores?
  10. Phil Coulson and Lola would be a fantastic addition.
  11. In that case, it'll probably be BvS Variant Batman so that fans have another chance of getting one, along with a Batmobile, and the other two will be Jared Leto's Joker in his Pink Car, and Margot Robbie's Harley Quinn with a vehicle (since we likely won't get dedicated Suicide Squad sets but we will get the minifigures elsewhere).
  12. No Mulan set yet is quite disappointing.
  13. I've made the same prediction on the DC thread, but considering Superheroes don't really need vehicles, it'd be great to get their secret identities and personal vehicles (e.g another Tony Stark minifigure, the Steve Rogers from the Helicarrier, and finally a Bruce Banner minifigure).
  14. That wouldn't be surprising at all but it would be great. Hopefully if that's the case we don't get characters like The Joker who we get quite a lot, it'd be nice for a new Batman variant, a new Robin, a new Mr Freeze and a new Poison Ivy. Save the new Harley Quinn and Catwoman for another set. Unfortunately considering the price, I doubt we'll get more than one minifigure per set which is saddening.
  15. If we're getting Racers then you can imagine it as a sort of brand new theme. Kids and adults alike are going to buy one and likely want the whole collection, so rather than releasing characters we might want like Raven and Booster Gold, chances are we'll just get the 3/4 most popular characters. My guesses are Batman, Superman, Wonder Woman and Green Lantern. Although what would be fantastic (since Superman etc have no actual need for a car), it'd be cool to get their secret identities. (E.g Bruce Wayne in a Lamborghini, Clark Kent, Diana Prince, and Hal Jordan). It'd also be handy if Marvel do the same thing and we finally get a Bruce Banner minifigure.
  16. Where did you get that image from? And do you have a full copy of it?
  17. That hairpiece is an odd choice, but I'm liking the variation. I'm quite surprised we haven't seen more figures considering the licensing expo. I'd be happy for Batman to stay the same as he has been in the last two waves, a nice new change on Superman is great, I'm thoroughly looking forward to seeing Wonder Woman and possibly Aquaman too.
  18. Bought Jokerland today. Has anyone else on here gotten it? I'm curious about the Harley Minifigure as I think mine has been misprinted. Mine has a black smudge on her right cheek, and an extra black mark on her teeth making her look a bit 'hillbilly'. She doesn't have these features on the box art, can anyone else shed some light on the matter?
  19. Due out today in fact, but there's been a delay in some places as Marvel have recalled the sets recently to make it a tiny bit bigger.
  20. My local Argos is listing all the new sets but the Spider-Man/Sandman set is the only one they actually had in stock. Checked local Toys R Us and Tesco today as well but they had nothing new. Apparently Smyths is a good one to try?
  21. Sorry If I'm seeming a bit slow here, but when are these sets due for release? Also, does anyone know if the Mystery Machine will be big enough to fit all five main characters inside it?
  22. I have read somewhere that whilst DC looks to be dominating ComicCon this year with TV Announcements, Movie Announcements, Game Announcements etc, Marvel is apparently not going to be there. Apparently there will be no Marvel tables, and no Marvel announcements of any sort. So since Marvel aren't showing up this year, do you think we will still have a Marvel SDCC Exclusive Minifigure? Or will it go another series (Simpsons, Doctor Who)? Or will DC get two Minifigures considering this is going to be a huge event for them?
  23. Hi Guys! Sorry to bring back this old topic, but I thought I'd let you know I've done updates to the quizzes and they now include new figures such as the Silver Centurion Iron Man minifigure, as well as the DC minifigures available via Lego Dimensions! Enjoy and Play Well! http://www.sporcle.com/games/Zezzl/lego-dc-minifigures http://www.sporcle.com/games/Zezzl/lego-marvel-minifigures
  24. Lego have the rights to, and can produce, a CMF line for DC. There's absolutely nothing stopping them. No rules about action figures, no mini builds required, they're absolutely in their right to just release Minifigures on their own.
  25. About what time this year does everyone reckon we'll start hearing news or getting Prelim pictures about next year's sets? I'm guessing rumours and basic details will be around July at the very earliest, likely around September, and prelims around November?
