Ok with that, but Playmobil copies LEGO since I remember... sometimes seems like their policy is "Let's wait and see what TLC does, then copy it."... It doesn't seem fair to me that as soon as LEGO does collectible figures, playmobil does it. Or not?

I can notice the LEGO mark in various spots. So either the guy who created these is the best custom minifig creator in the world, or these are legit. Perhaps they are prototypes, but IMHO they're LEGO.

Er... it pretty much looks sand green to me... Perhaps I'm wrong, but if I was to bet $1, sand green would be.

I would say this will become the greates series if these are the real minifigures coming out. The Genie, Leprechaune, but most of all the minotaur and the barbarian are really really great! The other 6 also are good, the butcher has quite useful meat and cleaver and I think the Liberty Statue would fit in the costume guys (actually she's a girl but you understood me XD)

I have more than double that amount, but they were too much space consuming! However thank everybody for the comments!

I always see a lot of very good MOCs here and I wanted to post something too. It's the first time I post a MOC and I had not a lot of time, this was built in 2 hours. Last year Klaus-Dieter provided us right info about the upcoming 3rd series of january (when actually 2nd was coming to shops)... so PLEASE someone reveal which are the new minifigures? I am quite sure the leakings are false (too many city-centered minifigures), so please any one? XD

Honestly, I really do not understand the haters. I mean, if you don't like a theme, whereas a LOT, a LOT of people is enthusiastic, just pass on. No, you can't, you HOPE a set that appeals to many people to END. This is MEAN, man. I have 2x of every collectable fig, and amongst them I have 10+ Elves, various Spartans and so on. They are really good. I don't see any issue with Chinese plastic, I read about it too many times to spend any more words on it. And id system? Just feel the bags. Any mid-lego fan can spot the pieces inside a box with ZERO problems. (The Elves' shield and bow, for instance, are EASY to find). To me, it makes no difference if they have a code or not. And I do not have superpowers. But taking back on topic, I must repeat myself: it is MEAN to hope that some particular theme is going to end. Further more if it doesn't take off space to another theme. If you don't like the current castle theme (which I didn't last year... but I LOVE this year), you maybe have some reasons to hope that it's going to end, since they will likely replace it with another castle theme (FANTASY ERA II, PLEASEEEEEEEEEE!) which maybe suits your needs better. But minifigures ain't taking space to any theme. Sorry, but haters' posts are really annoying to me.

Actually the movie ends in a cliffhanger and they're working on a sequel... Don't be too sure.

My 2 cents: the girl with boombox isn't final. She is too similar to series 2 singer. Who does agree?

Feeling the bags is really EASY for elves. The SHIELD is very easy to guess, the bow too! I started using dotcodes, but then I stopped as this is so easy. I went to three shops and with 13.50€ I got 9 Elves. With 60€ more Euros, I got 2x of every single minifig: I bought a box for €90 with a friend, and shared the figs inside. I think I will go for 5-6 mummies over the two I got, and then I'm done with series 3 and look forward for werevolves in series 4.

Hello I just wanted to add that I was a little disappointed when browsing wikipedia I read that someone wrote that "Minifigs Series 5 may be the last CM series for now". Not considering that in wikipedia only certain facts should be stated, and I luckily found no sources stating that 5 is going to be the last series, I was wondering: I am surely no market expert, but here where I live a box of minifigs goes sold in less than a month. My favourite lego source shop took two of series 2 in early september, and in mid november they were all sold out. Now, I know that lego policy is to change often, but this theme could really go on for a long while, like pokemon or similar stuff (Maybe I am wrong, I repeat, I am no expert)... but being often at that shop I noticed that it happens easily that a child can come in with his parents just to have one minifig, thing that didn't happen with 3/4€ small boxes. Plus, here minifigures are sold also in newsagents', bookshops, I even managed to get one at a selling machine in a shop in the highway rest area... and the fact that they are realeasing more series/waves along the year shows that they rely on selling lot of them. So why stopping them? Ok, after a while the new product can become old and that's a fact... but I mean, at least 3 or 4 years should pass before... or isn'it?

Where? When? And why when I got to wikipedia they say it may be the last series? They are so fabulous... they really can't stop with series 5. I think they are selling pretty well.

Ok, maybe I put my hopes to see Fantasy Era II soon into the point.

I can add a few lines. I was chatting with my trustful shopkeeper, and he said that Lego has a division for each country in which they see which series sold the fewest. Then, they focus commercials on the sets who sold less so that they can be sure they will sell also those ones. The shopkeeper was also a little surprised from my question: "where the unsold go" since he said that it very very rare that some set stays unsold for more than a year and an half. He said that he has only one set from 2009, it's a big Indiana Jones set, but he is sure that he will sell this at Christmas. By the way, I think that when "Kingdoms" was pointed to be discontinued, I think he didn't mean the whole Castle line, just the "Kingdoms" which is good but not really appealing if compared to Fantasy Era. I think everyone can agree. What if... I don't know, but... what if Lego put an Elf in Collectible Minifigures #3 to let people buy a lot of bags, before releasing them in sets in late 2011? If they did the other way around, much less Green bags would be sold, wouldn't them?

So... any clues on when OFFICIAL pics will be released? Late October? November?
