    As Vindsval feels the talons of the curse digging into him he looks around. trying to come up with a strategy. Monk Pretzal, if you accelerate Mathias as you have yourself, than he may be able to remove the curses from not one but two of us at a time, the remainder of us should be able to hold the creatures at bay. Without the fell effects of their curses we will stand a greater chance of seeing the end of this battle. What say you Monk?

The Path we walk often leads to our own falling and those small vials allow us to work for greater good.     It would seem you were correct my friend. If you truly have no need for the essence than i see no reason to pay you such a steep price. For we often have great need of them. One Vial for all is all I am willing to offer you. And a generous off is it not?

    Vindsval takes a deep breath, pulling the icey air low into his chest. He smiles as the chill fills his veins and lifts his spirits. It has been long since he felt the chill of this land. IT brings back some of the few happy memories of his early childhood. He looks towards the three figures challenging them on the pass. He speaks loudly with Diplomacy. I am Vindsval Called the Half Born, First Paladin of the Wanderer, Son of Eigrindil of the Ice Cap Frost Joten. My companions and I enter this pass in search of a Thief. We would return to those of the land below that which was taken from their younglings. Are we Well Met stranger?

But I would not wear your skin nor reside in your heart to save myself from all the ills of the world. Not all evil is so readily visible? Is it old one?

    But when you add a gem to get the immunity you aren't dealing with an in place deficit. You shield starts in the hole against fire so to speak. If allowed the ruby would only fill the hole and bring it up to standard defense.

    At best I would say remove the weakness, but since that vulnerability is a part of that shields build I would say a ruling from the bosses would be needed on bot the effect and whether or not it is mergable to begin with.

    Lindy smiles at the Paladin. "Oh OK. You're nice people." I try to be My Dear, I try to be. But I think we need to leave now to find the big Greeny and his Shadow. Promise to stay here with your Mother and Father, safe and warm, until we can find your Unicorn. Vindsval turns to his companions, and speaks softly. We have a direction, I say we follow it. Though the mention of the giant shadow makes me wonder if there is not even more than we are lead to believe.

    Nope, if you go to a none ether class you can no longer do anything requiring ether. That's why I am on the fence about Vindicator.

    Vindsval Kneels and bows his head low in front o the child. I am so sorry to hear that young one. No one should lose their unicorn. They are so beautiful. He smiles at the little girl and digs around in one of his travelling pouches. His eyes crinkle with delight as he finds what he is looking for, a small red stone, striped though with sparkling clear crystals, a fragment of a long forgotten statue in a far off temple. He holds it out to her. It isnt as nice as your unicorn, but you can have it if you want. No one should be sad on Grogmas.
