  1. Oh my... Finally, a 'brick' brick building! Great looking facade, the dark brown 1x4 tiles are a nice break on the front. Those windows are impressive! Well done, welcome and good luck!
  2. SO! jealous of you. That's my most wanted set from my childhood. If you haven't gotten it yet, 7041 Troll Battle Wheel is a great set, the best of the troll inspired sets in my opinion.
  3. I love the 'can not unsee' look on his face. I still love the Rancor, beady eyes and all!
  4. I don't do that anymore. I remember doing it as a kid. But now that I collect LEGO as sets and not for parts or MOCing, I leave 'em as is.
  5. Nice haul, indeed! Found one copy of 9494 Anakins Jedi Interceptor today. Swooped on that like a hawk!
  6. Great shots. Aztec one is especially nice. You've got a good eye.
  7. No 9465, or ANY Monster Fighters sets at Target for me...
  8. Went to Target looking for 9465 Zombies. Found 9494 Anakins Jedi Interceptor. They had just the one left.
  9. I love the HP one! Now that you pointed that out, I definitely see it.
  10. Never said he did. I was simply responding to the sarcastic "good job TLG" comment.
  11. And how do you know it came that way from TLG? The seller may have scraped the face... How noticeable is it really? Without the ultra zoom and red circles pointing it out. The eyebrow part doesn't seem too noticeable. That is some crappy luck, however. I don't know what I'd do, honestly. You may not be able to get another one for that price, or less. I'd probably just keep it.
  12. That's when the separator comes in handy.
  13. Another great house from you, slovakiasteph! You make some great houses. I too never knew this type of house existed. You always have great interiors that have a quaint look to them.
  14. I love it! You're lucky to be able to run with the torch. Great looking Big Ben, and lampposts. I'm eagerly awaiting more pictures!
  15. Come on people! Show your support for this awesome project! It would be a crying shame if all hj's hard work go by the wayside! It is a GREAT theme.
  16. Very creative. It reminds me of that car/plane I've seen before. I love how versatile you've made the vehicle. It's got everything covered(land, sea & air).
  17. Ain't that the truth. That's a fear I think we all have. I know I do...
  18. I recognize that shoulder pauldron...it's from Warhammer 40K Space Marines. While I don't customize figs, that is a brilliant idea! Kudos. You have a skilled hand, that head looks awesome! Very clean eyes and forehead.
  19. Ha! A neat crossover there. Thats excellent.
  20. I'd go with 9465 Zombies. I like the car better than the plane. I think it'll be the more sought after set, not just because it's an exclusive. This is a very tough choice. I built 9474 last night and wow, what a cool model this is. This thing IS huge! If you're a fan of LotR, then definitely get this(first). Otherwise, I'd go with 10223. A big draw of that set is the addition of a second set to really fill it out. But, on it's own it's a great looking shelf piece. A big bonus is the return, albeit small, return of the Black Falcon(unfortunately, it's just his shield...). My vote is 10223 in the end. If you like both franchises equally, I'd go with 4842 Hogwarts. HP trumps PotC. The castle is a great set with cool figs. Tough choices here people!
  21. While the "box" shape is more accurate, the inside is terrble. There's no displays on the floor. The PaB wall looks completely off. At least the Modular interior is more appropriate.
  22. Haha, that's a great Loki picture. Way to make a semi good use of all those spares.
  23. Geez...another one?! If she changed labels for other items, how did the cashier not spot it?
  24. I'd say so, I got it for $80...
