    I think it's really cool that made Dr. Brainstein into a villain like others have said. Now I'm only worried that this is the last wave of this theme, considering it's being dubbed as the final battle and all. But, because we haven't heard otherwise I'm gonna assume that there will be more themes in the future.

    Man this is very very disappointing. I was really hoping for one more wave just to get Rocksteady and Bebop. I can always make my own but like Lazarus said they never look as good as when they are made by Lego. I wonder what caused the switchover, I always thought that the sets sold fairly well, but maybe it didn't have to do with the sales, or maybe the Movie sets did not sell as well as they hoped.

    If you look closely among the small pieces there is a small black head. Maybe this is a placeholder for a micro figure?

    I think you are 100% right. I also think that because we don't see any micro figures here and those need special printing to do, this also lends itself to the theory that the heads aren't fully completed either. One other thing that I noticed is that Carnage has arm print which is really awesome considering the only other character that has gotten it from the Marvel line is Drax. However, it also makes me kind of upset because if they were able to give a $11.99 set arm printing, then why couldn't some of the Avengers of Ant-Man characters get it?

    These pictures really make me excited for Ant-Man and those Spiderman Sets! Like other's have said I'm annoyed that Lego could't bother to print new heads for some of these characters, especially Hank Pym. One thing that bothers me about the Avengers Sets is that Vision's gem stone on his head is Blue when it is obviously supposed to be Yellow. Not sure if I'm the only one who saw that, but it is really bothering me for some reason. Also whoever first reported on the Rhino Suit in the Super Villian Team Up Set on Brickset was waaaay off because it could use a lot of improvement.

    We haven't had a close-up shot of Quicksilver yet because its a store exclusive just like DC's Braniac Attack Set whose minifigures were released much later than all of the other DC set minifigures.

    I think you mean from the 17th to the 28th for VIP's, at least in the U.S.

    It turns out that we may not have seen the Version of Ultron in the Quinjet City Chase, Ultimate Ultron. The reason I say this is because Hot Toys just released pictures of some of their figures including one that is called Ultron Prime: It looks similar to the final version of Ultron in the trailer and in Promo Art. The only reason I'm skeptical about this is because all the promo art suggests that this is his final form, and the head piece on Ultimate Ultron looks very similar to the one from his Final form.

    I don't get what all the hate is about. Yes the price to piece ratio may be a little expensive, and yes most people were not expecting micro figures, but I really like it and I think that until we see the Designer video people should stop freaking out. Also even though we didn't Coulson, which we eventually will, I think Nick Fury and Maria Hill look great.

    Even when it was first released it was always supposed to be distributed by Toys R Us, the only question was when.

    I agree. I also think that they did a great job of capturing Paul Bettany's face in Lego form for Vision.

    They do. Last year when we got prelims for the Riddler Chase set with Flash, he was wearing Iron Man's helmet as placeholder for his and this year Cyborg and Hawkman both had placeholder helmet's that were eventually replaced by the real deal. Hate to burst everyone's bubble, but as much as we all want Deathstroke to have a helmet, I'm not to sure that he will have one.

    I have a feeling that we will see the Turtle Blimp in the next couple of episodes so Lego could probably also make that, Rocksteady and Bebop are showing up in the next episode which I really would like them to make.

    Like everyone has been saying, that boat looks really awesome and I can't wait till it's available. I'm very curious to see who's in the UltraSonic set since the Lightning villain is in the Boat set.

    I totally forgot that Spongebob took a break and since they are both owned by Nick that gives me a lot of hope that this theme isn't over yet!

    So is the final verdict that the theme is cancelled? Also sorry for all the repetitive posts I just really don't want this theme to be cancelled considering all of the potential it had for future sets.

    Since we are only getting one Ant Man set, what if Marvel is trying out something new so that instead of getting a couple of sets for one movie a year, we get a couple sets based of one movie, Like the Avengers Movies and Guardians of the Galaxy, and then for another movie we just get one set with all the main characters and a small build that is important to the movie, that way we can collect new characters without Marvel having to order waves based off one movie year, causing us to miss out on some potentially awesome minifigures.

    The prelims are kind hard to see but like everyone else I'm gonna wait to judge the Rhino until we get better pics. Sadly it looks like he's just gonna have some generic guy in his suit and Sandman doesn't look to bad. Iron Spider and Carnage look awesome and I do agree with everyone who said that Yellowjacket's extra arms will be done like Iron Spider's "arms".

    I wouldn't expect to see better looking pictures of that set until at least early February since that's what happened with the Brainiac Attack set, which is also a store-exclusive set.

    I do know what Duplo is, I just misread what psqidexsilzer248 had written, but thanks for trying to help explain it.

    When you say Duplo I assume you mean Junior sets and Marvel has already gotten one. If I remember correctly it was with Spiderman and Venom.
