    Don't the aftermarket prices on something like this typically drop after time? It seems the opposite with this one. I probably should have grabbed it for $25 when I had the (multiple) chance(s).

    Is anyone else planning on modding this to have corner entry like the previous corner buildings? That's my vision...and I've bought two sets. The laundromat will become a 16 wide standalone. This will be my first time tinkering like this. I may build straight away first to get an idea of what parts I'm working with, but as of now have no real plan. Excited tho!

    The site repubrick has free instructions to build mini versions of the next 4 or 5...and a haunted mini too. They are not official, but they are sufficient.
