  1. Compared to their other reviews, this one just seems to be lacking something. Maybe it's the lighting, maybe it's the backdrop. It does give a good look at the set and parts, though, and that's what's important. Tahu himself, on the other hand, is my least favourite of the three larger Toa. He's still a fantastic set, I just prefer the others.
  2. Interesting. Very interesting...
  3. I think it was either Goblin or Imp, or something similar.
  4. This is great! I subscribed.
  5. That's a very good point. It's like how the trans. purple represents crystals in the Earth sets.
  6. Maybe trans. yellow is a more expensive plastic.
  7. I'm not sure how I feel about the lime green. It looks nice with the brown, but it doesn't really fit with the stone element.
  8. Great set, great review, need I say more?
  9. And that's why we have Bricklink.
  10. I don't know about you, but I still really like LOSS. I'm not sure whether it's the colours, function, design or something else entirely, but I really like this guy.
  11. I noticed LOSS in Kopaka's art, but not the others. I'll need to have another look.
  12. https://www.flickr.com/photos/vbbn/15575627108/in/photostream/ I'm not sure whether this has been brought up before, but LOSS can be seen in Pohatu's box art, but he looks a bit more... green, than usual.
  13. I cannot wait to get my hands on the Earth Protector. #GutlingGun2015 Thanks for the feedback. The lack of poseability could be a problem, as I intend to use LOSS in an animation series, but it's nothing modding can't fix, with a Tunneler Beast style torso. How does the function work? I would expect rubber bands to be used, but I'm not the one with the sets.
  14. I'm aware that a review is on the way, but could you please summarise your thoughts on LOSS, VBBN?
  15. I see what you mean. Step aside Chronicler's Company, there's a new gang in town.
  16. Has anyone drawn comparison between the Protector masks and Jaller Mahri's mask?
  17. I'm not a big fan of the lack of lower arms, but it's nothing a few extra parts won't fix.
  18. From the Water Protector:
  19. That's a bit too enthusiastic. I would guess mid to late December, at the earliest.
  20. Speaking of the summer sets, on Kopaka's comic, a red Skull Spider can be seen. I would assume it will arrive with one of the summer sets. EDIT: On Tahu's and Onua's comics, dark green an light purple Spiders can be seen respetively
  21. Is there any chance that we could get clearer pictures of the comics, please?
  22. As for the Nindroids having more serious weaponry, these are robots built with a specific purpose: turn the Overlord into the Golden Master, destroying anything that attempts to stop them. These machines have no morality and will do whatever it takes to get the job done, as shown by the more serious weaponry. As for decapitation, these are, again, robots. It's no more brutal than a Micro Manager being eaten by Angry Kitty.
  23. I suppose they don't want to be directly responsible for any tears.
  24. I just realised, in the recent info video, Bolt states that the portals have a cloaking device. Is this where Invizible comes into play?
  25. I hope someone gets round to repainting the unicorn head to make a horse head man/woman: http://img1.wikia.nocookie.net/__cb20140601190812/tomska/images/f/fe/Iloveit.jpg
