    Great review! What I don't like about this set, are the extra buildings and the white speeder. Also, 3, maybe 4 figures. Taking in consideration, this is a display set, they don't bring much to it, only to the cost. Everything else is perfect. I'm really thinking of buying't.

    Same here. I would never buy such a set to my kid (only at 16+). They already spend too much time in phones. And if I want him to learn some codding - there are more appropriate toys out there for that.

    I am the owner of 42030 myself, and as soon as I saw this set - I wanted it. But this set has more disadvantages than advantages for me. The Control + app for this set is pretty laggy. It takes a long time to set up, the steering does not work properly, and speaking generally about the app, I would not want my child to spend time looking at his smartphone when I spent $250 on a Lego set. The strangest thing was that some people bought it before 1 August and couldn't use it until the app was officially released. I do like the new gearbox, it could be very useful in 42099, but her - is not. You can only run it properly (and slowly) at 1 speed, and if you switch it to the second one, and run it on the carpet, it will give you good nerves. So Lego needs to seriously improve this system, and I hope that next year we get a set that deserves his many.

    2017 It's a real poor year for me regarding technic sets. 42070 set doesn't look at all like a flagman to me, it doesn't have a lot of parts, it's not full RC, the design it's meeeeh and the price... for what? But I like a lot the 42069, and I think that’s the only one I will buy.

    How do you think, if I want this set just for the shelf, is it worth buying without minifigures but at 170$ from ebay? In our country, new, il will be 250 eur.

    I definitely like the B model of the Crane more than the main! He lose one function but looks better! The Arocs... well is the same cabin and arm for me...

    What a bunch of new and recoloured pieces! I don't think they are good like sets but this parts have a lot of potential. I definitely will buy Skull Grinder and Mask Maker, he look good but obviously unfinished. I think that in combination with Furno XL, it will look great! They both use red and gray, and SG with a cape...

    That it! "Pale" is the word! Maybe when I see him in real life or at last on a good quality review I will change my opinion. But now I stay between this one and the UCS Slave 1.

    I know that everyone will hate me but this truck is ugly! No doubt it's a great parts pack and new pneumatics!!! but for displaying... The Unimog look far better than this one.

    I like this set and the parts box was something new for me. The app it's nice, and I have notice the same app on the box of 42030!
